Where is Hell's location? Or where is the devil's residence? Fair questions... What if they only exist there where they are put by humans? Maybe they only have a residence in the mortal thinking of humans? What is the point of worshiping the devil when all you may do is worship your inner personal opponent? Where there is no God there can be no Devil! So we create our own devil(s)/demon(s) to hinder ourselves and by doing that letting the greater picture of all slip away. I think that is why I can not relate to any kind of demon/devil worshiping. I am out to see the greater picture, the one-ness, the alpha and the omega, everything and nothing....

that is one view of demons and devils. little hobgoblins that hinder, punish, torture humans, etc.
however, demons can also be higher beings that rebel against the status quo. if you considered devils to be dark entities that broke through the restrictive barriers of this universe, then your perspective might change.
Satanism owes a lot to Nietzsche, i think. it takes a revaluation of all values to really understand the world. what is generally considered good, some see as evil. so that means what is evil must be good.

Yes I certainly do agree with you that it needs a total revaluation. You have no idea (or perhaps you do) how different I have already come to see things. Things that I thought to be as evil or good for that matter or not and the other way around. My mind is doing some serious overtime here :-) I am not as naive to think that there are no such things as evil entities because there are for sure. But I don't really see the point in worshiping them. I am still working on this issue so I'll get back to this later. Thanks!

Iao Valkyrie, It seems that we almost never cross paths here on the forum, but only elsewhere, haha! Perhaps it would be helpful to inform you that the original term "demon" (from the Greek daimon, it has been told, was used to denote a spiritual prescence which gives profound insights. The word "genius" has a similar meaning. In ancient times these two terms were used synonymously. Of course, Wikipedia can offer some excellent information, if taken with a grain of salt. "Demons" are just what we call them today, according to our limited understanding, using ancient terms that do not accurately describe modern thoughts. Valkyrie, if a re-evaluation is in order, perhaps you are just the one to begin a process of evaluation? Just a thought. Hail Cthulhu! -H.

Hello H.!
Re-evaluating my old values you mean ;D What do you think I am doing? Nothing but that. And as for explaining words well that is just it they are explained by humans in words. Sometimes that is not enough, I'd rather get to see the energy behind it as there are no words for that.
Thanks for your post I really appreciate it!

I'm sure at least one person will disagree to each reply I give. Where is Hell's location? Or where is the devil's residence? The lower, infernal dimensions of the astral plane. What is the point of worshiping the devil when all you may do is worship your inner personal opponent? To worship your inner personal opponent is to make him less of an opponent, which is to create internal harmony, and make you stronger. Or maybe there is no point. Where there is no God there can be no Devil! I'm afraid I have to disagree. I do not believe in God- Logic proves he cannot be real. However, I believe Demons exist, and though I have never met him, I believe a leader of all Demons could exist.

I am Satan, I am God I am Lucifer, I am Jesus I am Cthulhu, I am Marduk
I am every god that man has ever created because man has created his gods, not the other way around.
Satan's domain is Hell. Hell is located in the deepest region of the mind.

Perhaps it would be helpful to inform you that the original term "demon" (from the Greek daimon, it has been told, was used to denote a spiritual prescence which gives profound insights. I was under the impression the origins of the ideas of demons were Babylonian and merely represented spirits whether of the dead or astrals. The Jews picked up on it from them and they got the "evil" connotation. The monotheism of judeo-christianity cannot accept spirits or entities from other sources than their supreme deity so anything away from him, as He is the source of ALL goodness, must be evil. Very simplistic dualist viewpoints the semites. As far as the rest of the world goes "demons" can be looked for in spirits, faeries, landwights, ghosts and have as many terms for their description as there are indigenous peoples around the globe. The fact remains that there are spiritual entities out there which you can interact with some of them are more useful than others and many are notorious liars who will claim to be the dead or another entity if it serves their purpose.

I quite agree with you Huscarle, and I wonder if your point is actually the point which i intended to make? Damn linguistics, and my lack of ability to use them! -H. It is an appalling way of communicating isn't it. Particulary over the internet were all you can do is write. It opens up so much for miscommunication or misunderstandings. Unfortunately it is the current best method we have for long distance communication but wholly unsatisfactory for getting a message across unless you are one of the rare few who can write down what is on their mind in a competant, succinct fashion.

People express things different ways, language, gestures, eyes, etc. I believe these to be too shallow for any real communication of one mind to another. Sadly we don't seem to have a forum for sending pure thoughts and emotions or did I miss the memo?

I wonder, perhaps there are millions of devils inside of us representing the aspects of ourselves which would lead to our own demise. Is not good really only mean what is good for you and evil what is harmful to oneself. Therefore, you are God and Satan. Heaven and Hell are both inside you. i would think a better question is whether or not you and the void of darkness are the same.

To me the Void, the vast Emptiness is HOME! It's the alfa and the omega. This is beyond good or evil. The Void, is what the dreamer's eyes look into and catch a glimpse of home, it' s where the journey starts...

I've been reading the American Book of the Dead lately, and although some people might be reluctant to read it in favour of the Tibetan variety, I must nevertheless highly reccommend it. For one, it talks of being complete in the Void (specifically called the Shining Luminous Void). It is very difficult to get into the ramafications of its doctrines because it is quite abstract, but those looking for something called "home" would do well to take note! I only say this because this thought interconnects with many others. As a Cultist, I absolutely MUST reccommend a few books, unorthodox though they may be (and if I'm repeating myself here, then I hope you will forgive me):
-The aforementioned "American book of the Dead" by E. J. Gold -Seth Speaks, by jane Roberts -Dianetics: the Modern Science of Mental Health
(also, if you happen to be fortunate enough to acquire it, something called "The Necromantic Ritual Book." I forget the author and publisher, although i believe it comes from Louisiana).
Thanx for letting me ramble again, -H.

Is it a Voodoo doctrine?

No, actually it would fall under the title of "Necromancy" I think, but I'm not really sure. It sets forth methods by which one can connect with the Death Energy. Calls itself "Twilight magic(k)," but I can't remember (if only I had've kept it! ). I found that book at DragonCon '98 in Atlanta. I had it signed by the Misfits!!! Fortunately, I still have the autograph of the Misfits, but the rest of the book is, how do you say.........bye bye. haha! Its a book that I will cherish forever if I should ever get it again. -A.M.

Where is Hell's location? It is another dimension brought to this dimension therefore, ultimately altering everything that Hell touches.
Or where is the devil's residence?Hmm inside of you and me and others
Fair questions... What if they only exist there where they are put by humans?Who cares if it was only put by humans, if that is true then humans do have some idea or have tapped into the dark side, the Outside but they have very little understanding of what they are they are there for.
Maybe they only have a residence in the mortal thinking of humans? It really shouldnt matter if they do have residence of mortal thinking or not, there is a truth that they have tapped into and are unaware.
What is the point of worshiping the devil when all you may do is worship your inner personal opponent?Because who is better to give you respect and self love and pride? NO ONE BUT YOU.
Where there is no God there can be no Devil! Again I will say that I accept the congruent insanity of these two concepts, ...the antithesis, remember we are on a road of insanity or maddness to say the least.
So we create our own devil(s)/demon(s) to hinder ourselves and by doing that letting the greater picture of all slip away.Did you know the term Devil comes from the word Devi in ancient India? It actually means god, and demon come from the word daemon, meaning the messenger of the Divine, of our Godself basically they are all part of us.They are internal and external, again I will point out the antithesis in this.
I think that is why I can not relate to any kind of demon/devil worshiping.Even if we do create our own devils and demons, then they originate from the power of the human mind, so if we are to worship them then ultimately we are worshipping ourselves because we are the creators.
I am out to see the greater picture, the one-ness, the alpha and the omega, everything and nothing.... Do you speak of unity? the kind of religions of the Right Hand path? Elaborate me where you are going with this statement please

The void for me is this physical world,so empty, each motion of wasted energy and repitition. The devil is me when I forget that this world does not matter.I am god when I create anything for any reason from my mind.Even if it is only in my head, surely it may be real elsewhere and I may be controlling ,overseeing or simply observing it.When my ego can no longer see itself through the result of clear mindedness or creativity,my devil will surely come for he is flesh and he is ego; fearful of not being acknowledged so I will acknowledge him so.My goal---> The state where I can not discern the difference of the true self and the vast infinity around me or which is within me(some see it as dark and others as light). and where I can not tell where I begin or end. Legacy of the Oruboros.

Valkyrie, that is an interesting view. I have a freind who shares a similar belief but yours seems a bit different from his even though you both view void as home. Do you worship any particular gods along with the void or do you view them as mere extensions of it meant to spread it's influence?

Eldritchentity0 said: 'Do you speak of unity? The kind of religions of the RHP? Elaborate me where you are going with this statement please.'
Well, no, once and for all, I do not refer to RHP or their religions, I do not have a 'I love Jesus' sticker on the bumper of my car. That is just it, I am not interested in religion whatsoever. What I am interested in is philosophy, the way one thinks about life, what life represents to someone, why one is here, those kind of questions. What I mean with the Alpha and Omega is beyond religion, religion is something typically earth bound, I think and not a necessity to be here and live here. That is what I am trying to break free from those religious kind of thoughts. I want to go back to our original state of being, a life form shaped as energy, an essence that is the Alpha and the Omega, that is everything and nothing, pure consciousness at its fullest state of being awake. When in that realm, who will feel the need for religion, good or bad, LHP or RHP, they are just names, words that's all it is...in other words NOTHING. Does that answer your question? If not I will elaborate even further, by all means ;D

Thank you for your comment Nevermore. No, I don't worship any gods unless 'gods' has a wide spectrum of interpretations....I easily relate to angelic entities or ascended Masters but what does that mean .....for you he may represent Lucifer and for me Master Kuthumi or Archangel Azrael. I believe these entities to be the same only perceived in a different way. So that's why I think the worshiping part is not crucial. The Void I have seen in more than one occasion as home when in a dream state, it feels so natural although I can't explain why, yet... As of late my interest is going in the direction of alien life form, who are watching this grand play here on earth, the evolution on the spiritual level that is going on here. .... Andromedans, Arcturians, Pleiadians.... still a lot of research to be done on this though... and very interesting too....

You are so correct! This is why I laugh at the RHP'r who accuses me of consorting with demons......hee hee hee damn me....I am consorting with myself! The reason these ideas are so dangerous to people is because it all falls back to personal accountablilty. Who's in charge? If everyone realizes that they are thier own gods and demons....a lot of missioniaries will be out of a job! It all comes back to power. The church is in charge because it makes money and influences the sheeple. Personally I believe that what the christians believe to be hell is right here on earth. We do create our own suffering.....else how do we learn?
