Just wanted to throw this out here before I go to bed... we've been through three big storms here in Missouri since 4PM, all having tornadoes. Luckily all the tornadoes were south-east of us but still too close for comfort. This was inspired by Piers Anthony's book on God. A boy who is delusional and thinks he can fly is about to jump off a building. From a movie. Just your everyday teenage angst. Chronos, Piers Anthony book on the god of time. Classroom boredom. I can't remember why I drew this one, a can-can of green beans. Sitting at my grandma's house, I begun daydreaming about bunnies happily flying around on a Spring day. Finally it hit me that bunnies don't have wings. More teenage angstiness from my goth stage. There used to be a stray black cat we named Blacky ( oh so original, I know ) at my parents' house. At certain times my mom would go check on him to see if he had food and water, what we came to call " Blacky checks", or in this case, black-E-checks. Not sure what inspired this one, might have watched a alien movie, who knows. This is one of my favorites though.
