I've heard of him for years before, but never really took notice till I heard "Occupy Wall Street" banned him as a Fascist. I thought he was just a cool conspiracy guy on the radio till they took a shot at him. I'm studying the rest of his shows & reading what he has to say since I like that he's against the Bilderberg Group & all the other big bank conspiracies. I will now try to figure out why the Occupy M. wont have him & why he's viewed as a Fascist.

Well, the fascism part of it, in my opinion, is just a straw man. To be fair they don't really have a case against Alex if they're trying to paint him as an actual fascist, as per Mussolini. I don't particularly like the guy, but still, let's be fair. As far as I can tell, Alex supports some sort of right-wing libertarian policy, which doesn't really call for the fascist-card.
As for why OWS banned him, well, I take it that they don't really see Jones as being credible. Also, he has done some pretty disgusting things, such as use the shooting at the Norwegian left-wing camp to further his own agenda.
But ultimately I think the biggest reason for the ban was to not give a platform for conspiracy nuts, after all, they didn't just ban Alex Jones, they also banned people like David Icke. Just to give an example of these conspiracy theories, Alex Jones is anti-vaccination, which is outright harmful, not just for the individual, but also for the community as refusing a vaccination damages herd immunity. OWS just doesn't want to be affiliated with people like this. </rant>

Personally I think of occupy as "diet activism", I disagree with the fascist label, but maybe they know more about him then I do.

I have followed his work for about 5 years. He woke me up to many things and I learned a lot from him. At the same time he is human and not without faults. The value of what he is saying outweighs his faults in my view. Many of the things he has talked about over the years have come about exactly as he said it would, however some things have not. He is right about 80% of the time, even some of the most extreme/crazy things he talks about. A lot of it sounds so absurd, but if you look into it yourself and do the research you learn that most of it is true. To gain the perspective he is working from it will take several years to get up to speed on it. That is the unfortunate side of things. Much of what he says cannot really be communicated in an effective way to someone who has no exposure to the information. The complete picture defies everything we have been taught to believe. It is a horrific and terrifying truth and as a result it is much easier to deny than to accept it. To simply call him crazy is a way of crushing any debate. This is the mainstream view.
This is my own opinion of him of coarse and he may be completely full of shit. Everyone has to make that determination for themselves.
