I remember attempting to astral project in a vitamin b6/melatonin induced lucid dream. I remember attempting to project out of my girlfriend's room in the night, and than going into a black void, from which I remember only coming out of, not being in.
I believe this was Azathoth.

i've been away from this site fro quite sometime... pleasant coincidence to stumble upon the subject of lucid dreaming. i've actually been trying to get back into it, but i've been so damn distracted lately. any idea how i can get that going???

I recommend having a trigger by your bedside. An object that you look at, before you go to bed. Something to bring into the dreamstate with you, so when you see it in your dream - it brings you to the lucid state.
