Racism is the mechanism in our brain that tells us that strangers or those of another "race" are not our brothers and sisters, because they do not resemble our tribe.
But how do I overcome this? Or rather, how did I?
Truth is, I have a girlfriend now, she is Middle Eastern.
She has helped me understand the value of others, not just my own race so to speak.
I still don't believe that everyone is equal, some are better then others but not because of race, but because of brains and understanding of the universes, such as us who are here on this site, going by the LHP, we are superior in my eyes, gender doesn't matter, backround doesn't matter, other religions doesn't matter.
What matters is you, and those around you who can help you instead of hindering you with ignorance.
I believe that a step in becoming your own god is overcoming ignorance, thus overcoming racism.
