Its cool how this stuff survives, there's a bunch of shit out in those war torn deserts, a lot of exodus's here & there. A lot of that stuff is probably in the hands of private collectors since most of the people who have a chance at discovering it are poor & destitute and would be more interested in cash than watching there government swoop it up.
In Guatemala, the locals find so much ancient stuff just laying around on the ground that they sell it to tourists! I think they get in trouble if the authorities find out though.

An early account of a global religion could be an evolutionary thing, if we can trust the source. I'm excited to see what comes of this.
I hope this doesn't get in the way of the research. Whatever keeps the brightest minds on the job would be a nice outcome.
