We all know it, this war as been going on since the beginning of the bible... but truthfully who is correct???
I see why Christians get confused about Satanism and confuse it with Luciderianism, but people seem to get so mad about it causing a giant fight!
I believe one day the head of Satanism and the head of Christianity need to meet and have a secert meeting diccussing and solving our problems with one another so we can conquer this war and advance our religion!
Now it's just a matter of whose willing to step up and say "Let's get these problems out of the way" but of course its not going to be that simple, before it happens everyone is going to getting ina giant piss fight about, but it will eventually happen, if it happens...
Now before you say "what are you talking about?", I will agree that you don't see it as much, but people on our side still mock Christianity, and people on their side still call us "baby killers", it's all very childish and needs to end!! All in favour please let's start this so bith religions can just get on with their lives!!!!

I think the Christians ought to hand over some of the profits they have made off the name of Satan - to Satanists. How else would they pack people into their sanctuaries every Sunday unless it was to preach about the dangers of Hell and Satan? Eh, its a fine notion, but far too idealistic I am afraid. The Christians are in the clear majority - why or what on earth would compel them to set down for a polite natter with the "enemy" and Satanists who are a small minority? They will keep talking shit and falsehoods about Satanists - because it is in their utter financial interests so to do..bums on pews, keep filling those tithing plates..

Exactly my point! They say we make money off of them and yet they still teach people to fear us, which makes people look at were about which isn't what they teach, makes no sense

Humans love the bad guy good guy issue & wont give it up easily, they need it to solidify their position in the game. Like iandiabhal said "How else would they pack people into their sanctuaries every Sunday unless it was to preach about the dangers of Hell and Satan?"
It would be cool to imagine a white house rep for the Satanic movement, but that's about as close as it could get on a national level for any change to come about in our relations. For now the Christians are right for not naming the COS for the worlds problems as that would only strengthen our movements allure. If their smart they will keep it that way & avoid bringing attention to us.
Awake!

How very true! I feel compelled to add that Christianity has so many denominations (as does Satanism) and it would be theoretically impossible for Satanists as a whole to appease them all. Therefore, I'm afraid there won't be an end to this war for quite some time now...

Because both set of beliefs have fixed definitions that oppose each other, I don't think there is such a thing as a ceasing of hostilities. Satanism (pardon any of my ignorance) seems to be created to be the opposite of Christianity. Complete materialism and personal power over total obedience and submission to a sole power. There is no "let's talk it out" with those two ideals.
The only way a compromise could be reached is if people dropped both religions and came together in a better, third religion. I'm sure some people could suggest one, but it would have to be something different and all-encompassing with the very basic ideals.
