Here are some easy steps for you to get in shape either if you're a pro athlete or just a lazy basement dweller.
1. Getting better self esteem
Tell yourself that you can do anything, that you are strong and able to get whatever you want.
2. Do push-ups.
In the beginning if you've never done push-ups before you might only be able to pull one off, it's OK to cheat here in the beginning by getting help by your knees.
After a while when you've built up you're muscles enough to do at least 20 push ups normally you are ready to proceed to the next step.
3. Buy steel toe boots.
They can usually be found in alternative stores, the brands that suites best for this type of exercise are "Doc Martens" and "Get-A-Grip"
They usually go for 140$ to 200$
Note that you don't have to buy boots, any work shoes with a steel toe works.
4. Kick training.
This can be done in the streets, and a good way to train your agility and speed.
Find a pole with something sticking out that is around 1.4 meters to 1.8 meters in height.
Now aim for the part that sticks out and try to hit it as many times as you can with both your feet.
(It is important that you balance between both your feet since you want equal speed and strength)
You will notice that this can be quite a good workout even though people might ask what the hell you are doing.
5. The food.
There are no specific food requirements for the Skinhead training program, but try to stay away from fast food, anything you can cook at home is fine, and get a beer with it.
6. The results.
If you manage to do 100 push ups, and 30 kicks with each foot, you are trained and good to go for street fighting if necessary.
You can also start boxing to train your aim with your fists, I don't do this personally as I have allot of experience in fighting.
