This is just a topic I was wondering about since right now I'm reading a book written by very bias Christians, but it still makes you think a little.
What is the Cult of Cthulhu's thought on the organization of Freemasonry?
Since I didn't see this asked anywhere else I was interested to know your views on this group. Its not a very important question, I suppose, and I hesitated even asking but curiosity got the best of me so here it is. And thank you for any responses.

They are certainly interesting, I'll say that much. If you would join them you would have to prove that you are a christian with a bunch of tests they give you, creepy tests. You would also have to be 18+ of age to join, even if you would have parents that are Freemasons, they also have connections to the Illuminati as the founder Adam Weishaupt was a freemason.

I would not have thought of freemasonry christian; however this has been a path I have never been interested in, as from my understanding freemasons leave women out of the picture. I think that religiously/magickally, both men and women are entitled to formulate their own belief system according to their individual will, without a gender restriction. "Every man and every woman is a star". Into the Nu Aeon.

You don't need to be a Christan to join. All you need is to believe in a Supreme being so anyone here could join.
There are women factions of Freemasonry nowadays so it isn't sexist anymore, at least in the U.S. I know for sure.
Now this book I was reading was denouncing Freemasonry as a cult for Satan and worshiped the old lost religions. They showed great intolerance to it because the speakers in the book were hardcore bias Christians.
I would still like feedback on this Masonry issue and if there are any Freemasons here I would quite enjoy a conversation.

Interesting, unfortunately none of my relatives (or anyone I know) is a Freemason so I can't talk about it much.

Indeed, but questioning someone personally and observing their answers and attitude can give you much information. Then theres the possibility that they slip up something which you wouldn't find in Freemason media. As well as the human opinion of something is also of much use instead of the more lifeless modern writing about it.

As well as the human opinion of something is also of much use instead of the more lifeless modern writing about it. Thats a pretty good method to try on the newest to average member but any higher up of your local district will not fall for any methods of possibly slipping up any secrets or creeds. I know that when my Grandfather introduced me to a high ranking Mason I tried to ask a lot of questions partaking to meetings, rituals, and etc. trust me that did not go well the high rank Mason would answer me in a nice considerate way but gave hint that he was not going to answer anything anyone outside of the organization would not know. So like I said good method, you can do it anywhere and in any organization even here in the CoC, you can get someone to reveal their true colors but its better in person unless you are good at judging things on internet and forum based. Great talking with you brother hail Cthulhu! IA IA Cthulhu fhtagn!

Yeah it would be unlikely for a higher rank Mason to reveal much but there is always human incompetence at times and slight body language. So there is a possibility that they say something without knowing what they actually said and I have been skilled in watching peoples movements, so any little bit of information that the general public may not see and that I find.

You do not have to be a christian to join them. You have to believe in a supreme being, 18 years of age and a male that's it! My grandfather, great uncle, uncle on my fathers side and my great grandfather on my mothers side were/are 33rd degree Masons. And the best way to join is go find a local lodge if they are having a public event(the one by my house has a all you can eat pancake breakfast every few weeks) and ask for some information on how to join. You do need a sponsor. And if it were not for the Masons we would still be under 100 percent Christian/royalty rule. Almost all of the founding fathers were Masons. Also the whole Masons being Satanic is from a joke played on the Vatican by a man named Leo Taxil read more about it here en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Taxil_hoaxAWAKE!

You have to be invited to join. That's not true. Its as easy as calling the Lodge Secretary and scheduling an interview.
