I normally work out at the rec center of my college, however they're about to be shut down for the holidays. I'll undoubtedly have to take some time off because of this. I do however, have a multi-use pull up bar and some protein powder. Do ya'll suppose that I should just work out with this every now and again in the meantime to help me stay fit? Perhaps do some jogging around my apartment complex while I'm at it?

Hmmm you know? I've heard of isometric exercises before and I do use a few of the techniques to get blood pumping in between sets. But I totally isometric exercise routine? Fascinating!

Fascinating! yeh I think so too but i'd also use other bodyweight exercises along with it,because the old isometric exercises just build strength in the muscle in one position though.

Well push ups, sit ups, and pull ups it is then! Probably throw in some push up variations, some resistance curls, tricep dips, and body squats and I'd be set... Or maybe just improvise and make my own equipment right here in the apartment? Weight is a pretty simple concept that can be duplicated in a number of ways...
