It's weird! Whenever I hear anyone touting there bibles and "religiously educating" people, I literally get sick to my stomach and I just feel like beating the crap out of these people! I have wonderful self control, so I normally just leave. Still, sometimes I think maybe I should give an educated rebuttal. However, before you respond, please be aware that I live in the bible belt and any rebuttal that I could give, no matter how logical and well thought out, will not be received well. So should I just continue being a wolf in sheep's clothing? Should I continue acting as if there's nothing at all unusual about me and then doing my witchcraft and magickal workings at nightfall? I mean, what choice do I have?

I was raised in a Roman Catholic family and I found that by learning what I feel they do wrong, I could learn more about how I can do it right. Self reflection through understanding your adversary. Other than that, stick it out man. Challenges have the creative energy to shape us like the gem-cutter shapes an emerald.

I would love to give a sermon on a street corner about Cthulhu. People would be like WTF! Those people who stand out there passing out fliers & preaching out loud like that love the combat. To challenge them in a debate lets them feel as if they are like the prophets of old. Elijah, Moses & the gang. They talk about it in there church's the next day as if they changed the world! Even though they mostly just annoyed people.
To them they feel the power of the lord. When actually its the power of their BALLS at speaking in public & yelling their beliefs for all to hear. It can be entertaining to watch. But for where your at fonetik2003, it would suck. Your surrounded by it daily.
Definitely stay the wolf in sheep's clothing. Id think there would be a lot of like minded people out there if you can just find em. When I was 15 & lived in a small desert town, we found ways to separate our selves from society for short amounts of time. There were the classic "mines" near by in the mountains, storm drain systems to explore or the abandoned building. But its amazing what you can do & how many people will do it with you, no matter where you are.
Screw the wolf in sheep's clothing. Never mind that. If your able too, I say front what ever you got in your personality arsenal & be your self. Who knows, maybe there's others waiting for someone to take the lead. Like you. Maybe the town your in could use a little shock.

um well id know this to be a sort of mental to physical reaction (sorry im bringing my understanding of the human body into this...but it might just help) if you feel mentaly disgusted by such things, or dislike them, there is a level when your mind signals will change to bodily signals, and literaly make you feel sick, and you might actually become sick(you know like when you see something gross then you vomit...thats mental to physical signals, you think its gross and disturbing mentaly so the body reacts).....you may also feel sick because you know you are lying and betraying (im not saying you are, i dont know you at all, it could just be a subconsious thing).....but i am sure that it is a mental idea/feeling converting to you physically....unless you can change your subconciounce, or come to terms with yourself there wont be much you can do to save yourself from the sickness that you/your suroundings are causing you... i hope that helped...probably ist what you wanted...but i still hope... ~Awake

Well this isn't the first time peoples actions have made me feel this way to be honest with you. Earlier in my life, I had regular dealings with a "drama queen" and she always made me feel sick inside as well. Though when I dwell on it ma'am, I can't help but think perhaps I should beef myself up and remain guarded. I mean, the old ones do want me to be strong do they not?
Also, I think it's interesting to note that normal gross things don't disgust me at all as I've dealt with all manner of nasty things in my past. For example, in my last job, I routinely collected samples of sewer water. Also, when my mother was dying of cancer, there would be times when she didn't quite make it to the bathroom and I'd have to clean up the mess as I was here in-house caregiver. So no, gross things in the normal sense of the term, do not disgust me.

well its not always the physical things that get to people...i, speacking as an aspiring doctor, well theres someone who has to opem you guyz up and look at your nasty innards! hahaha anyways if you feel that you must remain strong and bear it, by all means try, but illl speak from personal exsperiance, and from what i have seen, things might get worse if you do feel worse, id advise you not to keep such a secret...for secrets can be uncovered, and that you must prepare yourself for, and even if not, they can dwell and manifest into unmanigable things, which can effect you horibly mentaly and physically...and i cannot say i know the old ones wishies...but i dont beleive they would like it if you did yourself harm... ~Awake

Probably not... It doesn't happen too often however as I'm always on the move. It might not even be that big of an issue really, but I appreciate the concern and the help regardless. If it ever gets genuinely "bad", I'll be sure to post it here. Thank you for your time aspiring doctor lady!
