When I shower I'm in a very meditative state. My shaving is ritualistic. My body wash is a thick red color, and my hair wash is green. These are minor things, but together they add up. Today, I'm in the shower very relaxed by the noise of water drip, drip, dripping down and I begin to feel very odd. It's as if I'm covered in gore and slime, even though I know I'm not. I don't feel at all repulsed, just inherently certain that my body is coated in such things. It's the queerest thing. As I'm about to push some of the soap/slime-gore off me, from the water seems to sprout a Cthulhuesque type head to scale with my own size. It lasted only a moment but it was truely bizarre.

Not so bad as before.
There was a thread for that. I appreciate your concern, I really do. But, I'd rather discuss Cthulhu dreams. toomuchforyou, Have you had any Cthulhu or other worldly dreams? Anyone else want compare?

Shortly after I began to read Vengers stuff and was about to join the cult I had a dream that a Shoggoth came to me.
I had this dream where I was pulled out of time and space and was in another dimension or something like that,Ive had dreams about the end of the world and killing people and my dreams are getting stranger and stranger and they sometimes feel so real that when I wake up I am like"woa what is going on this is fucked up"
Still I often enjoy the strange dreams I am having and they seem to be evolving as I am slowly waking up,well maybe not so slowly it is happening faster now,expecially after reading our bible"Cthulhu cult"and Liber A:O and more similar stuff.
We are all on the same path and similar things are happening to us cultists,that I can see by reading others posts on the forum.

Although not WAKING dreams, many of my dreams as of late have been about underground caverns entered either through ancient ruins or massive doorways on the side of a mountain.
There are always DEEP pools in these caves.. I do not know how far they go. There is strange chanting comming from deep within these caves. All of the "locals" I come acrost are fearful to speak of these caves, and anyone I persuade to follow me in gets frightened and runs away.
I end up spending effort to get them to stop running and follow me deeper, but my lucididy in the dream is lost around that point, and I just start chasing after the people yelling for them to come back.
I need to practice more on NOT loosing myself to the dream, and staying ALERT and lucid so I can see WHAT is in these caves.. and WHAT is in these pools.
I dont worry about depth because in my dreams I can always breath water or fly, but it's just a matter of staying AWAKE within the dream, not letting it go to autopilot. When that happens I simply leave the cave and the dream shifts elsewhere.
The interior of the cave always looks simular, but the entrance and it's surroundings always change.
BUT every night for a month I have been experiancing this...
I wonder how much of our "dreams" are really that, and NOT astral journies..
AWAKE!
