Finally got a chance to listen to the show.
I think its great to have a real laid back discussion about the cult. Th formal discussions are great too, but sometimes people just need a 'For Dummies' approach to things.
There was only one comment listed:
"9/27/2009 1:12 PM
Man, this guy must be the least charasmatic, least articulate "cult leader" ever. lol. "
He did ask some really great questions, and articulation was not your strong point during the interview. But, I think you managed to get through them with not too many 'Umms' (which people hate).
In future shows, let your personality shine through. It was your first time, so I can understand your nervous tone and trying to answer the questions as intelligently as possible.

and despite everything, i keep drawing breath. that's the only qualification a cult leader needs.

yeah, some. feedback is generally good. but it's hard to tell how The Ooze will develop once it really gets going. right now, we're just experimenting with the format and getting used to co-hosting with each other. but so far, people like it.

You seem rather rushed, unable to take time to thoroughly explain your thoughts. (Likely because so many voices are trying to sound their ideas at the same time.) It seems rather disorganized/unprepared and topics seem to be left open ended. (As if anyone could explain an entire religion in a matter of the 30 minutes to it's every last detail.) Aside from that I think it's great and will definitely be listening in. I suppose what's important as that you return to topics to cover more ground. I think it's an excellent way to spread the word. Reading seems to have become to complex of a task for most people. This is every Saturday, right?

After having been on the show myself, I can say it's difficult to hear all the people on board. Responses are often delayed, and you catch yourself talking over people. The pauses are short, so you feel rushed with your responses. I did the 'Chariots of the Gods' episode. Listen to that one and see if you detect the same issue.

Heh, you argue very well Cora'Sahn, nothing get's past you. For me, I disagree with what I find disagreeable. I recognize that others are free to believe what they choose, but don't expect me to believe it. Especially at face value, and according to 'so and so'. I do my own investigating, and draw my own conclusions. I'm also perfectly content with 'I don't know'.

If you compare our very first show with the last few, I hope you'll notice a difference. Beast Xeno and I are becoming more comfortable "on air" and able to present our ideas in a more streamlined way.
A dozen shows from now, I'm sure we'll look back on what we're doing right now and it will sound amateurish by comparison.

I would agree with that. The show with Jason was relatively good, somewhat better organized and you could hear everyone speak on the subject of 'The Work'. Naturally, it will seem amateurish in the beginning, and get better as you get more comfortable with it.

I would compare them had I known the order they were released in. But practice makes perfect, so I fully agree that with time it will seem much more organized and natural. As to flow smoothly.

I believe they are organized by air-date on the site. If that helps.
