Pierre Grimes gives an excellent breakdown of Self Observation. The process he illustrates is in my humble opinion one that can be applied within The Work. There is alot of synchronicity here. Anyone have any observations or thoughts in regard to this?

Alrighty, thread-killer, here's my take. Haha... inside joke.
I watched the first 3 parts only because the 4th wouldn't come up on youtube for some reason.
To boil it down...
Buddhahood/Enlightenment/Awakening is the direct understanding that we are not who we believe we are. All the thoughts, images, and behaviors which we usually take as ourselves is a false reality; those things are not really us. It is that realization which means we are like Buddha or Awake/Enlightened.
There you go, I just saved everyone 27 minutes. ;D
But seriously though, Pierre describes the process well and I believe his videos (at least the 3 I saw) are worth watching. Maybe I should check out that Korean fellow, Chinul.
Any thoughts?
