I managed to overcome/turn off all the "I's" in my life like the Cthulhu Bible suggests. What do you think I should replace it with before turning them back on?

I don't believe we can turn all our 'I's off and keep them off. If that were the case, then we'd just sit in a darkened room and meditate 24/7 between meals and other bodily functions.
Rather, the idea is to turn the volume down the majority of the time, regarding our unnecessary 'I's. Some 'I's are particularly loud, screaming for attention. Those can be suppressed to a certain degree. Unhelpful 'I's don't disappear, but they can be ignored.
To answer your question, what should replace them... I suggest turning up the volume on those 'I's directly involved in your magnetic center, the 'I's that want to do the Work. Eventually, a Master I (M:I) will appear and it will be in charge.
Have I explained things sufficiently or do you have more questions?

I personally just focus on the I's that are positive and empowering, and inciteful, but supress the ones that say "you cant" or ones that just jabber about useless stuff. I almost wonder if it would be helpful to sigilize the I's you want to remove, give them a name, maybe create an entity out of them that they will embody, and then banish it, or at least use it as a way to control it.
It is useful to KNOW your limits, but if you are desiring something and a voice keeps saying "that's not gonna work" unless it seems like lagit and not just a downer type voice, it will detract from you reaching the end result.
