Is anyone planning on getting it? Or is has anyone looked at it at all? It can be pre-ordered on Amazon now though. Myself, I think Tyson does pretty good work. I liked Alhazred, although I thought it was dramatized a bit. That and it took me like a week to read that damn thing! ;D

I know its on Amazon, but which book is it? Could someone get me a link for it? I'm thinking about ordering one if I can get the spare cash too. I rather doubt it though with the way gas prices are. At least right now anyway.

I would like to buy it as well if I can get some goddamn money! Speaking of which...when I got my first copy of Alhazred it had a misprint and I emailed Donald Tyson and got a replacement for free. Pretty nice guy...

I believe his new book will be about actually performing rituals to the Ancient Ones and the Zonei. Which will be interesting. Donald Tyson's Neronomicon had vague hints of ritual, although this one ritual is actually the point

The title is, "The Grimoire of the Necronomicon"
&
The Author of the Necronomicon is great, I think.
I read it about 5 months ago, although I'm considering reading it again.

I will pre-order the new book tommorow, this gives me time to prepare myself, (Finish the author and reread the Necronomicon.)
I noticed Tyson also has a Tarot Deck for the Necroncomicon. I Admit I am not much into the whole magical thing yet and thought this might be a nice little feet wetting experince. And if not I still have loved everything else Tyson has done with the necronomicon so it seems like a win win situation.
So honestly, tarot decks, worth thier time?

Hmm, I have Crowley's Tarot deck and Donald Tyson's and I think they are both good. I have also had the Rider-Waite Tarot deck, which is the most well known of them all. I did a reading on myself a few times with Tyson's and Crowley's and they both were pretty accurate. Although, I would say that it is a matter of opinion whether or not Tarot cards are worth your time. Other than that you could use Runes for the same purpose, although I've always preferred Tarot.

OK well I ordered the Tarot deck, Ill deintely pre-order the new book when it comes out.
I would advise anything Tyson though. I loved Lofecraft but it was his Necronomicon that sunk the hook in...it all seems so real.
Of course there are the people that say "Oh its just another fake" and it even says so in it. But where else would you put a book you didnt want anyone to notice unless they are looking for it but in plain sight....haha
But I still believe the real Necronomicon is only found in our dreams...but Tyson seems to know his stuff and I would buy him a drink anyday

Yea, I'll buy this book when its available. I liked Tysons necronomicon (especially the part about terror), and also some of his other occult books such as Enochian magic for beginners, his edition of Agrippas Three books of occult philosophy and Tetragrammaton. I also like his fiction The tortuos serpent (about John Dee, Edward Kelly and Rabi Loew) was great and Liber Lilith seems interesting (I have it but havent gotten to it yet).
One book by Tyson that I would like to read but that seems very hard to get hold of is Sexual alchemy - it seems to be primarily about intercourse with spirits a la Abbé Boulan, the nephilim and lovecrafts Dunwich Horror.

Hmm, I've seen pretty much all Tyson's stuff. I saw the Torturous Serpent on Amazon for like three dollars.
&
Did anyone notice all the Cannibalism in Tyson's books?
ahahaha, there's a hell of a lot of it by the way.

I finished the Author today, and again like his Necronoicon it has surpased all expectations. The semi cliffhanger is unberable...maybe someday we wil recieve a followup.
My Necronomicion Tarot kit came in the mail and I plan to start trying to learn that after reading soem leisure books.
I am filled with a sense of sadness that it is over with, I enjoyed it that much, other than the Tarot and his new book, would you suggest any similiar books?

Just got my copy of Tysons Grimmoir of the Necronomicon. read an awful lot of it but so far so Bloody brilliant. It is written in a kinda psuedo archaic style which could easily become wordy and monotinous, but instead ads to the atmosphere while still keeping it simple so Looking forward to experimenting with it.
