Good review by the tabloid. It though, tries to make Cthulhu a myth but all the same , good review.

I shared it on FB the day it was published. I still think it's a damn shame he gets all this notoriety long after his death. Some would argue that it immortalizes him, but I'm pretty sure old Philip would be completely annoyed with the idea that by today's standards he would have been paid millions for his stories and movie rights.

I don't know, Cora'Sahn; he may have been insulted that his stories were being handed out to the unwashed masses instead of the literary intelligentsia he chose to associate with. It might have seemed too much like work to him, which he considered beneath his station. He was a weird egg, our Prophet, but no less than the rest of us, lol!

Who can say really? We do imagine as a matter of habit, don't we? Can we ever truly know the man behind the literature he chooses to share with the world?

OMFG ok people shouldn't have limitations as to what they write or speak about!! I mean the first amendment is there for a reason "the freedom of speech and expression are the fundamental rights of every individual and what this country is practically based upon. why would they set limitations on his writtings?? If people apply his stories to their own personal individual lives thats on them. But no one should have to limit their first amendment rights just because someone else decided to apply/include their fictional stories in/or a part of their personal lives.

I'm overjoyed that Lovecraft still gets appreciation and recognition, I have actually given a few of his books to people I know whom I hope will eventually join the cult. They seem at ease when talking about darker subjects if they have the pretense of fiction to hide behind. A few more open and friendly discussions and hopefully they will be willing to discuss the Cult, LHP and other such things happily.
