I am asking for a recommendation on which book of Maurice Nicoll I should start on and what other Fourth Way authors you recommend and which book in tune from them I should start off with please.

I would start off with Psychological Commenteeries By Maurice Nicol then go to PD. Ouspensky The In Search Of The Miraculous and try and Understand Gurdjieff's Beelzebub's Tales to his Son The Complete book. Beelzebub book is about 30.00 dollars at B&N or Amazon could be cheaper. It is over 1200 pages. I hope this helps.

If you're diving into Nicoll's commentaries, then start with the first volume and work your way through them. I'd love to read your (or anyone's) thoughts on his Psychological Commentaries on the Teaching of Gurdjieff and Ouspensky.
Personally, I would rather read the dictionary before Beezlebub's Tales... but hey, that's just me.

Really? I loved it. It's also available in audio, I sometimes listen to it in my car in favor of junk radio.

I think some of Gurdjieff's most important messages can be found in this volume.
Take for instance his strong focus on guiding you to learning in a new way. This is the reason for the writing style. I know many find it painful to read, but I found it really 'familiar' to me. If you are to learn in a new way, process information in a new way....Then obviously it should be presented outside of normal parameters. This is why he recommends that you read something a minimum of (3)times before you can begin to process it. Comparably, like watching a movie 3-4 times and seeing 'new' material you didn't see in the first viewing.
Try the audio, you may enjoy it more.

I will post my report when I have finished digesting the book.
Rather read the dictionary than read Tales To His Gradndson?
AWWWWW.....me I rather read that than the dictionary.
