Is the 'noticing' or 'aknowledgeing' of every aspect of your senses a good way to awaken? As in, if I stood in my yard, would having your senses and mind on high alert allow for an awaken alchemical change? Does anybody know how to induce these? I've only had one experience like this once.

The idea is to not be a slave to your senses but to master your senses, be the one in control.

I've been practicing drumming with numerous different surfaces and I must say for somebody whose practice two days, I already see eminent talent.

Demo clip.
Women play with their left hand, men with the right.
Something to practice if you so choose!

Ohhh, shamanic drumming? :3 Ummmm no. This is not 'Shamanic' but a traditional drumming style of various cultures around the Mediterranean basin, this particular style I'm drumming is from Italy. I am Italian Thought you might want to try trance drumming.

I've found rattling in rhythm to a song with bottles filled with rocks is actually very trance inducing, and dancing at the same time brings runners high.

Bells or symbols are also trance inducing. It's about the sound and bmps.
