Ok a good old fashioned hardcore way to build muscle and lose fat is the old 20 rep squat program.It's been around sinc ethe 20's or 30's.
Does anyone here use it?

i used to do this routine w deadlifts, using a shrug bar. drink a lot of milk. its BRUTAL and works good. ive gotten lazy nowadays, i use a sandbag and do power cleans with it once a week

not trying to get off topic here, but wanted to say that thats where the strength of the LHP seems to reside, the RHP generally has a "whatever will happen, just go with it, dont do anything" kind of attitude, and i like how you guys have linked the pure mental "do or die" attitude necessary for success in weightlifting in the spiritual arena. love this forum you created ,hp venger satanis!

and if i remember, stuart mcrobert recomended incremental weights, you can buy micro plates that are in the 1-3 lb range. as was stated, always trying to get a little more on the barbell, even if its a lb or 2

haha done that before. guessing squats dont hurt your knees? what kind of lifts are you doing in addition to squats?
