One of the biggest obstacles I see with this part of the Process is Working on remembering myself when others are present.
In remembering myself, I often find that the role I may be engaged in at the time doesn't necessarily reflect my Essence. Because I become aware of this disconnect, I may then try to bring an aspect of my Essence, or even a different False Personality, into the role and move away from the False Personality I originally presented. My experience with doing this is that Sleepers not only try to pigeon-hole you into a specific role that they have "allowed" you to be, but they also become offended when you present them with an aspect of yourself that doesn't fall in line with this created, mind's eye image they have developed. They begin to reject this “new” perspective of Self.. They become uncomfortable, agitated, and sometimes hostile. In doing so, I have altered their reality, and they don't know how to deal with the change because they don't want to even consider that their reality may not be as accurate as they thought it was.
It has been my experience to continue presenting faucets of my Essence when this awareness becomes evident regardless of how the people around me react. This is not always easy, and sometimes I find that my knee-jerk reaction to their hostility is to play the role they expect. However, over time, and especially with the people I am closest with, the Sleepers will have momentary glimpses of their own awakening when they realize I may be presenting them with an aspect of myself that they previously hadn't been aware of. They sometimes listen with an openness that they may not have had at the beginning of the experiences with me. This is good, not only for them, but especially for me. Each time I have a conversation with this person, or these people, I will remember their past reaction to my presenting my Essence. This will help me to remember my Self more often, with more people, and with a greater awareness to the depth of my False Personality.

Awesome stuff!
I'm going to put the link on FB too. Thanks for altering the blog commenting stuff for me.
Other opinions on Jason's post? Each Sunday should be a time for quiet reflection and demonically cacophonous action! The time for super-efforts is now. Cultists, where are your sermons?

I liked it Jason, I will add one bit of criticism for the ending:) It needed more personality on it. Just that last paragraph should have one more brief example to put it in layman's terms to give it that last punch. Otherwise it's bad ass.
It is difficult to know how to keep your mask's off, that is what should always be the challenge I suppose. I will say that when mine is off, it only last's a few hours before a situation arises that requires I put one back on. Describing it as role playing is perfect & an unfortunate state of our world.
Things that I always agreed with to combat this would be a non speaking environment all together. Speaking has to be one of the worst & most enabling tools of role playing, depending on the environment I suppose.
