Alright there are three subjects I would like to ask about and discuss.
Motivation to exercise is one of my problems I have. I would like to ask how some of you motivate yourselves to exercise? I can motivate myself pretty well sometimes and I have been getting better, but as I believe every bit of info helps and that is what I request.
Now exhaustion such as more of a tired like state rather than getting worn out while exercising. Such as when you get up early and you feel unbearably tired at times. Now I have been getting better at this as well, I think, but besides caffeine I would like to know how you guys cope with it. As I try to work-out a little to get my blood pumping but sometimes its difficult to begin.
Exercise in general is another matter. I have literally no equipment but maybe a few improvised weights so I would like to know some of your methods. Right now I do about 100 push-ups and 100 crunch like things (they are were you lay on your back and lift your legs which is a few times better than crunches.) I also run about 30 minutes when I can which is not everyday similar to as I do some kicks against a pole which is also not everyday. Yet I do not feel like I am doing enough I would like to know some other exercises that will keep my attention and are effective. Then I play video games at times and I incorporate an exercise with an improvised weight to work arms and legs (I also feel I shouldn't be playing video games but I still do every once in a while.) I searched around on the forum a little and learned some but I have always learned better through interaction.
As well as exercising I have a whole host of other things to do in the day with very limited time, so I cannot always exercise for long.
I am not very well educated on the subject of exercise so please help. Thank you if you have actually read through this all and a greater than you for answering. I will enjoy any feedback.

Extraordinary motivation stems from extraordinary goals. What is your aim? Whatever work we estimate is ahead of us must be predicated upon that foundation: personal aim.
It is the same thing with The System, our Cult's nucleus, which begins and ends with self-remembering. Start with nailing down what you truly desire and go from there. What is required in order for you to accomplish your goals? How can one decide what they really want out of life unless self knowledge is obtained? Understand that and you will already be ahead of the game. Dig deep, go inside yourself to discover what essence is whispering.

It all comes down to what you are wanting to get out of it and your commitment to reach that goal. personally when I wanted to get fit I compared myself to other people that were around me daily and see how they could do more physically than me, I then just hated the fact that I wasnt buff but I was instead very scrawny and keeping that knowledge drove me to excersise and work out. You wont see results at first but dont let that discourage you just know it takes LOTS of time to get to your desired self but dedication, commitment, and knowing are the keys to reaching your goals. I wish you luck on your journey it will be a very good and sore experience but it will payoff tremendously! AWAKE!

One last thing you dont really need equipment you can work out in so many other ways than using equipment. As a matter of fact I know a lot of people who only do push ups,sit ups, pull ups, and etc. I would recommend however some protein drinks.

Sit ups arm a bit easier when your just sit down & relax in that position. Lay on your back for a minute & see what happens. Ive done it several times like that when I wasn't in the mood.

Excellent advice! Without personal aim there is no direction. It is all too easy to mistake the mind's desires, physical urges and false personality for one's essence. The fleeting desires of the moment serve to confuse and misdirect one on their path if there is no ultimate aim in mind. Once an aim is established it is then easier to cast off the petty distractions and unworthy, attention sapping activities that has kept one down for so long. Concentrated aim will burn a blazing hole through the lesser pursuits of the untrained mind and one's true aim will reappear and the road to it will open up again. "Dig deep, go inside yourself to discover what essence is whispering." This statement sums it up beautifully. Awaken! Dark Prism

Alright it is good to see I am on the right path at least for motivation and my future goals at least according to the ones who have posted so far.
So the main thing I guess I really want to know is some more good exercises to do. Preferably something that burns a good amount of cardio. I know I can just google it or something, which I do, but I would like to get human responses and discussions as well as getting better connections with the community here.
To maybe avoid from some unnecessary comments, I believe I eat well in my opinion. I try to stay away from junk food and candy which is pretty easy for me. However, if you do have something to say about food, go right ahead I am always interested.
I was also wondering if I am doing enough. My short term goals is to lose some weight and gain more muscle (which I do see a difference already) but is 100+ push ups a day and 100+ leg-crunch-things along with occasional other exercises like a few miles every few days. Along with these I would like to know how long it takes for a lot of difference to show, I know that isn't too important to know but it will most likely keep me on my path as I know difference won't be showing immediately.
Thank you once again when and if you answer.

Alright good suggestions so far but there is something else I would like to know. I've been interested in boxing but I am horrible at it at the moment, so I would like to know good exercises and practices without others that can work on the necessary skills at boxing.

yes that is something I been meaning to say about movitation. I want to be movitated. I want a personal goal that will allow me to give a good image. Like say for this cult. I am very influentual with speech and charisma so but I want to look good at the same time. If i am to ever become something like this for the CoC I would be more movitated than ever because this is something I have a passion for.

What are some good methods for figuring out massive, extraordinary goals that resonate with your own sense of selfhood or destiny?
With all due respect, Sorcerer, why do you care about the way other people perceive you? (I'm not saying there's not possibly a good reason; I just am curious about yours.) I enjoy public speaking and such as well, but it's more to impress myself than to impress anyone else.

I don't care about how other perceive me on a personal note, what I view myself as is important but the main point was that I made was about keeping up "appearance" for like a business or something and am passionate about it.
For any other time I don't give a rats ass how someone perceives me but if i am like for an example as a spokesperson for a group, company or organization. I want to look "good and healthy" and balanced and people will be more inclined to listen so that I may help them do the same or spread the Word. Who is gonna want to listen to someone who is very unhealthy and yet they in their minds they will link that to their spiritual beliefs that is just how "human" nature works. If we are to ever help those Awaken around us we need to present a positive image.

If we are to ever help those Awaken around us we need to present a positive image. I understand. Yes, this can be an important part of being in the limelight.
Put yourself out there. Let others see you and critique. Yes, many will be assholes about it, but some will eventually offer useful tips regarding your appearance, how you carry yourself, and other vibes which you knowingly or unknowingly give off.
Perhaps this can be of assistance regarding the thread's original subject...Visualize what you want to achieve. Picture it in your mind and it will be easier to work towards it.
