I figured i'd put this up since well the boards here so people should be using it.
last year i was really into working out for about the first six months spending about doing about 2 hr weight sessions 5 days a week. i tried do a small cardio session at the end of every workout lasting around 20 minutes, usually running. Also i would mix the days every now and then. there are some other exercises I'd do put they are more less variations of the ones mentions
Monday: pecks, triceps, abs
pecks
triceps
abs
Tuesday: biceps, back, legs
Wednesday: shoulders triceps abs
Thursday: mix up anything
heavy cardio workout
Saturday: recreational tennis, swimming, martial arts etc.
its bean about 14 months since i have really worked out properly. the only thing i have done is the occasional set of pushups, pull ups, curls, sit ups etc. you know the basic stuff.
taken today
I have bought some gym equipment and have been working out again for a week know. all i have purchased is a bench and some more weight disks for dumbbells.
I'm going to keep it very basic and sporadic think.
Now to mitigate some of the douche-baggery i feel in posting this. I want to propose a question. do you think working out is important from an magical or 4th way perspective? since your body is your tool for interaction within this plain and mastery of the self can't come in a much more simple form.
