Conan was my obsession as a kid. I loved the movies, read the comics and discovered Robert E. Howard. Through him I discovered H.P. Lovecraft and the rest is history. As for exercise Im happy being a lean bastard. I walk for 45 minutes to work each day, spend 8 hours lifting cartons of beer and walk 45 minutes home. and on the occasional weekend I do an intense horizontal work out I think thats more than enough exercise for me

this is about 5 months of working out and eating right. i began my cutting phase about 2 months ago and have taken about 2 inches off my waist since i started back in April. was a little bulkier a couple months ago, but i'm more interested in having a leaner 6-pack abs look than bigger muscles.
i figure i'm another couple months away from being extremely satisfied with my results, although i'm already very pleased. thinking about shaving, but a couple girls have recently told me they prefer men with hair on their chests... so we'll see.

Looking good!!! I recognize that it requires a lot of hard work to get that way too. I have been contemplating Yoga. I think it would give me the flexibility that I have lost over the years. I have lost a lot of weight in the last year and now its all gotta get toned. Ia you!!

Lookin' good VS, I could tell you had lost some weight because your face is less round than it was before. I like men with a little meat on them, but a toned man with meat is even better. Keep it up.
Oh, and the hair. Keep it. Nothing worse than rubbing against a prickly pare in the heat of passion.
I used to date this puerto rican guy years ago. He had this complex about being a hairy ape. One day he shaved his entire body. My gawd, I could have killed him. Sandpaper. Yeah, that's not hot.
Looks fine to me.

I've been doing martial arts for about 13 years now, and I study various silat styles as well as ninjutsu, kenpo, and monkey kung fu. All have great cardio, and strength training. I find doing weapon drills build up your arms tremendously and all around the martial arts have given me better health for the most part(having real bad kidney problems now) and given me a whole lot of stamina. Not to mention if it came down to it this cultist will rip out your throat.

I took Martial Arts as a kid (Karate) and as an adult (Tao Kwondo). If you don't use it, you lose it - but a lot of it is committed to muscle memory and instinctual. I have great reflexes, and no adversity to biting your jowels off :-)

Lookin' good, VS!
And I agree with Cora - keep the hair. It only gets worse if you stop, and it itches like hell...
