Inside the blood of beasts entombed, All daughters of Rex and sons of Um
Arise and see the shining sun In all your excellence be done OMEGA, PSI, CHI, PHI..... En sten var sat a stone was sat....En runesten blev placeret A runestone was placed
I have placed a runestone. The stone is a mark. On the stone i have carved (what i know as) my Yog Sothoth rune. I dedicate the placing of this stone to every cultist, pagan, wanderer, yog sorcerer and ANY one who feel and remember the current.Making it I started out with this block of concrete. It is not the hardest sort of concrete there is, in denmark it is called gas-concrete. If i was to drop the block flat from my waistheight then it would brake in two. As a matter of fact, the stone in this picture broke in two because i tried to break it apart instead of sawing the last piece of the way. It didnt work and when i was finally done sawing the stone (vertically) then i realized it had broken in half (horizontally). Luckily i have plenty of blocks and so i began again, no use crying over broken blocks, lol It DID set me back two days though, but that is part of the process. I sawed and sawed for a few days with my old rusty sawsUntil.....Then came time for the rune.IA!Then i made the surface smooth as a shoggoths bottom ;D Now the hardest of the work was done and just needed to paint the rune still frame from a videoAUM!IA! And so went it, that a stone was sat........ I will have more on this "stone of yog" later, even a little video, but i have some other projects i am working on which i will make first. I just wanted to show the stone while its fresh, before some wonderful shithead removes it in hopes that it will save their cursed soul to do so. ;D uuuh melodramatic me, lol People can remove the stone as soon as i leave, i know that it is a possibility, i dont care. I dug it down good though. The birds were going crazy, they were making mad sounds while i dug the hole and placed the stone. IA! IA! KTULU FTAGN!

That looks awesome. I'm sure if someone wants to steal it they would think twice. It looks pretty badass. I think they'd probably be freaked out by it too much to try and steal it. But there are weirdoes out there, i suppose.

Thanks! I am glad you guys like it, i had you all in mind while placing it. btw, i just figured out how to work WITH the roots and the soil, instead of it hindering me, the roots will keep the stones i set from now on. If i drill holes the right places, and place the stones the right places, then the roots will in time lock the stones in place, whoa thats kinda an overuse of the word "place". ;D

Are you planning to set many of these up? Do you have a grand plan? Or are you just acting as you go?

Actually both. When i talk about it i call it "the current", this thing which i sense. At moments i take extra note of the impulses and do mine to see them manifested through this flesh. There are many currents, on many levels. I always speculate if the current i feel is of Shub Niggurath, whom i call "The darkness current" The dark Current" or The black Niggurath. Nevermind my foolish speculations, and rants to answer you properly, Yes, i plan to set up more, i have kinda known i would be doing this ever since i was a child. But the stones will be highly driven by impulse and only slightly by calculation. Thanks! Yup, i flat out expect the same thing here, i cant imagine the stone being there the next time i go to visit it, at least it will have been dug up and tipped over. I expect nothing less. Thats why i am still thinking up ideas. A recent idea is that a pole or pipe placed through the foot of the stone would be able to hold it in place, without having to wait for the roots to grow into it. Figure 03 here: Anyway, cool that you like it. The next shall be more grand! IA! IA! KTULU FTAGN!

I imagin that if you had a few set up as a circle it would make a bad-ass ritual place.

That's nice, lots of work and energy you've put into it, this value did not go unnoticed.

The one on the left has a very... satanic feel. However the green one is cthulhoid looking and kinda more ancient styled. So i have to say the green one looks better for what you would presumably be using it for.

eldritchimages.webs.com/runic%20tree%20diagram.bmpI have been wanting to make something like for a little while now. The vertical bar is a tree. So please excuse the shotty diagram. I learnt the hard way that around here if ou make something like this it gets destroyed. So if i make the cross beam outa a strong wood then in may last. The grey bits are hooks so i can attach various banners onto it, then remove them when im not around so people dont destroy them.

Yeah people usually destroy stuff here too, it is a rule here ;D That runecross is an awesome idea. I love the feel it gives with the many runes.

even the trees get cut down by random attackers here.
Your rune image just reminded me that last time i visited the hill, someone had cut down one of the trees so that it layed crashed into the others, it didnt look like a professional job, i think it must just have been some drunken teen vandals, lol
it sucks though, there are not many trees here where i live ;D

Lol thats gotta suck. The criminally annoying in this area are to lazy, they'd probably just cover in spray-paint or burn it down. The mountain i live on has been burnt to nothing but black ground and charned trees twice. Fortunatly the first time we weren't living on it and the second time it was contained. The good thing though is that afterwards the bush has this... feel to it. So its not all bad, plus i don't have to worry about snakes in the taller grasses.
