im about to try this... im really curious what others get out of it.
there is a fucking treasure trove of how-to's and various assistance on occult practice on youtube... holy shit!!!
so please, everyone try this out when you have about ten minutes of peace and quiet, and if this turns out to be bullshit, see if we can find another video or maybe post things that have always helped you astrally project!

i hallucinated from about 3 minutes in to the end. It was just like dreaming. Nothing spectacular. I will try it again though sitting a different way. I kept having to adjust myself because i wasn't comfortable.

Visual and audio stimulae are proven methods of 'forcing' a projection. Less effective than doing it yourself, true, but you shouldn't undermine it's usefullness.

I'm sure it could be useful in certain scenarios, but I've never been a fan of forcing anything.
I just wanted to make sure the viewpoint of genuine practice is put forth.
