I am an artist of paper and film....
Me and a few of my friends were thinking of doing a modern day, with sound version of Call of Cthulhu, not taking away much from the original story...
It would be low budget, but with a slide show format with drawings what we ourselves cannot act out.
And we would use Green screen, and a few references to the Cult.
And if you like the idea, and if you live anywhere near the new england area maybe you could become a part of it or get a hard copy before i UNLEASH IT into the net.
I will copyright the movie tho, or atleast that interpreation, so i can have legal benifits.
Any thoughts.

BUMP..
oh and when we are done, a hard copy would be $3
not that expensive, but as i said, kinda low budget, but thanks to my local TV station, i have access to high tech equipment, so it won't be SUPREMELY low budget.

the whole thing is made up of slides of artwork? or just some?
if that's the case, then a digital camera and a slide show software would do the trick. or just many still images on one webpage that people can click on, making the image larger.
anyways, sounds interesting. i wish you good luck. if there are results, then feel free to post them on the forum.

Yeah it sounds like a grand idea, i am a fan of the "slideshow method". Has anyone seen that slideshow cartoon AFTERWORLD? One of my friends watch it all the time. www.afterworld.spti.com/
