that's a good question.
omnipotence means all powerful. i suppose we'd have to define 'power' in each situation. if power is total consciousness, absolute self-awareness and self-control, then i believe that is possible for an entity to be omnipotent. however, this would be God level, not remotely attainable by a human being on earth. too many forces blocking us, plus our genetic glass ceiling prevents us from going too far. we were born deficient half-apes so we wouldn't be able to fully Awaken. the Old Ones have assisted us in breaking through our genetic shortcomings, and They continue to influence our evolution.
if all powerful means having unlimited control over every dimension of reality at all times, then i don't think omnipotence is possible. no man and no God.

i made this little....thing. I find it hard that one should be able to control all of the black arrows (in the drawing), but the red arrows, THEY might be a different story. An all omnipotent being....hmmmm. Omnipotent over all of existence, over all and ever. A force yes, i do not doubt that, but a being? There is always more, or so it seems. its funny how the human mind is unable to grasp infinity and yet at the same time we are also unable to grasp that there could be a place where existence stops. There MUST always be something BEYOND, right? And yet, how can infinity be fact, lol im not asking, just making a point Infinity just might be all there is, We are just the stuff that floats around in the places between the time before time started and the end of infinity, lol EDIT:
The guy in the blue robe is named Jebus, lol

warning, the post is a bit messy it seems lol... i made this little....thing. The guy in the blue robe is named Jebus, lolcontrolling all the black arrows (black arrows as in *everything* that is in existance) - when limiting to the theory of a force (thus not including beings ie human, animals) - how about an allperceptive being? .. an all perceptive being/force would be able to control all the black arrows, while also controlling all the red - thus being truly omnipotent... controlling all the black arrows would seem, at least immediately, impossible to a human being, thus making true omnipotence humanly impossible. like I said tho, only immediately, as one never knows what a human's true limitations are. we can define the word infinity, but perhaps not fully perceive it as you say. but who knows if our perception could be expanded to such an extent, or by other means aquire such 'true and full' omnipotence ...... now to the pictures! awesome stuff lol.. you make this all yourself or you find 'jeebus' somewhere and add to that picture? if you did I think we have a winner ;D - as in 'crack the code' in/on the picture.. perhaps not the intended one (perhaps, perhaps not), but at least the occult/true on a philosophical lvl, one. very impressing and profound I gotta say.. made me gasp a little when I first saw the pictures.. then I started thinking and writing about them and now, like lol really fucking good stuff man ;D anyways... I guess I kinda do agree with the idea you present, if limited to the immediate stuff we perceive, and be able to control them and turn them into the red arrows, altered reality, we would achieve relative omnipotence as in almost complete, true and full omnipotence.. only thing dividing us from 'god' status/a force - would be the limitation to immediate perceptiveness contra complete/ultimate perceptiveness (not too sure if ultimate is a right word to use in this context, but I think it is so Im going with it, and this disclaimer ;D)... like I said, these pictures and ur post rock lol... "lol" indeed, this is like, deep lol ;D .. your own stuff or something from a movie/famous guy quote? ;D rofl ;D but spooky.. still ;D rofl ;D tho.. sure this can be made into a question.. that's what philosophy is for .. xD ;D *rofl* (I dunno I think Im hilariously funny right now dunno why.. must be the trip the pictures gave me ;D) uh no nvm I adressed that already.. ps. said perceptiveness for said reasons, add the 'big brother' idea to it and I think we got the true face of the nwo... lol.. this post is going to the PP forums NOW!

back in catholic school (3rd - 8th grade), plus methodist church and sunday school before that... oh yeah, and a college course on the old testament... i learned a thing or two about the christian "god".
anyway, he's supposed to be omnipotent, omniscient, and omnibenevolent. which means that he is all powerful, all knowing, and all good. obviously, that is impossible not to say ridiculous after closely examining our world where the only constant is suffering.
i don't even think the Old Ones are all powerful, not in an infinite way... so i'm glad you brought that word up, Madguten. and you're right, infinity can scarcely be imagined. no one knows if the universe is infinite, if anything is infinite! the very concept by its nature cannot be perceived and therefore, known.
i enjoyed your illustration as well. we take the forces given us and employ our consciousness to create a subjective reality which influences objective reality. and that, gentlemen and ladies, is magic. willed change!

Especially the Quran specifies how Allah is an omnipotent force THAT RULES OVER ALL WORLDS AND REALITIES FOREVER AND A DAY, NO MATTER WHAT, FOREVER, and so on (i havent got my Quran at my side right at this moment, and i have not studied it for as long as i have the Judeo bible (old testament) and the new testament (the Jebus one, lol). It was when i was a child i was into this, now i can hardly stomach it. But these gods are treated not as a force but as a being by the majority of their followers, so i dont know just WHAT the hell they believe. Do they? Hardly. And thanks for praising my comic post btw, im glad if you could use it for something, lol. Catholics......The golden, zombie worshiping cult. From what i have read and seen and heard. He is a cold God, he who THEY worship. He has been the pinnacle of fascism, corruption and weakness. He is blood on swords for glory in his name, he is war without reason but HIM alone. He is vampyric and unsatisfiable. He thrives on death. He is gibberish in old books and crosses on the necks of those who pray that He might save them. But he does not. He is gold in churches, while his people lie starving on the steps outside. He is a hypocrite, he is a deceiver. He is at least as as undivine and driven as us humans. If he was alive that is As for the old testament is just wild. Its nothing but; Slay this, crush that. Obliterate this tribe, obliterate that tribe, kill of that kind of life, kill of that kind of life. Crush, crush, crush. Slay, slay, slay. Kill, kill, kill, for I AM ALMIGHTY!
NONE BUT I! NONE BUT I! NEVER!
Slay all that is not my word, forever and ever, praise me and me only. Thats mainly what i see when i read in the old testament. Its amazing. The Satanic Bible is like a Dalei Lama book compared to the old testament. When i was a kid, i called the old testament just that, The Satanic Bible. "Normal" Danish Christians standardly use both testaments but have never read those "bloody" parts, and its funny, because there is A LOT of that stuff in there. A little childhood dialog. ;D ;D (Priest) uuuhh, that goat star around your neck means Satan, it is evil, dont you know that Satan deceived us in the garden?(Child) Hmmm... That cross around your neck means death. Its evil, dont you know that in the name of God we have been tortured and murdered for centuries?

this is absolutely fantastic...I had a similar run in the first time I was forced to go to church after changing my religion...I was about 15 and a real smartass...and I was informed that my pentacle was evil and that I was going to hell for believing in any god other than the Christian "God"...needless to say I proceeded to inform them that I didn't believe in hell but if I did I'd see them there for being such narrow minded cynics...to make a long story short I was banned from the church and branded a sinner and possibly a demon the last I heard...made me crack up immensely... but to get back on topic...I don't know that I fully believe in omnipotence...doesn't everyone and everything have to answer to something or someone else? but then you have to consider...there has to be an end to the chain somewhere...so I don't know...its confusing to me...how can anyone or anything be all powerful to everyone and everything...but how can there not be something or someone out there who is? if that makes any sense at all...sorry...I'm rambling now ;D btw if you can't tell...I'm having issues with the quote thing...bear with me...I spent way too much time drinking and in the sun this past weekend lol

Ay, therein lies the rub, lol ;D
Omnipotence in regard to the whole of existence is perhaps what they call a "catch 22", right? A sort of "impossible" tangle, lol. A snake that bites its own tail forever and ever while spinning.
