I have had this eerie obsession with my weight for a while now.I learned I can maintain weight levels between 140 and 145 if when I'm 140 ,I eat with little discretion but monitor the intake of fluids. At 143 I eat less and stop binging and sleep it off.Exercise has its place in the cycle, but at a constant 140 Id be very happy ;D
I wonder if anyone else has a weight obsession, how do u deal with it?

When asked about my weight I say 55kg, but it could be anywhere between 45 and 60. It's actually skinny for a 1,70m tall girl. When I lived with my father, I didn't get to eat much, so by the end it dropped below 40, and that was what one call ugly. It's closer to normal now, I just wish I could get rid of the anemia, the boys who think I need comforting about my breasts (that's 28-A and you fucking live with it!) or both.
140 lbs is 64 kilos. That would be healthy for me, but males are supposed to be about 20% heavier than females. Unless you're very short, you're probably underweight already.

I, too, am weight obsessed. I'm attempting to learn to live with my body and appreciate it. I go back and forth between trying to lose and maintain. Currently am 5'2'' and 138 (female if you didn't know). I'm larger framed and a bit muscular so I'm soft but healthy at the same time. I'd like to get down to 130 but I don't see that happening unless I stop drinking... which I don't see that happening either.
I've had this obsession my whole life. I remember when I was six I was a normal sized healthy kid with a lil belly (baby fat) and my mom would look in the mirror and call herself fat, she was probably 5'1'' 115lbs at the most. So of course I came to associate having any weight on you as being a bad person.
The only time I ever felt anywhere near comfortable with my body was when I was anorexic when I was 14, and then when I was anorexic when I was 18. I was 5'2'' 110 lbs the second time and still thought I needed to lose at least 45 lbs to be skinny.
It's only because I met my husband ( then boyfriend) that I'm where I am now. If it weren't for him I probably would be dead.

Ok so I realized much of my troubles is do to the exhaustion occuring after eating meat.I started to cut down slowly on meat and seek protien elsewhere.Eating meat after 7 causes agony as it sits there in he gut for hours.Terrible if you want to OBE

Aye, one's body sometimes reacts weirdly to perfectly normal eating schedules. I never eat anything sugary after 8pm, and nothing at all after 9pm, or I'll feel sick the next morning if not during the night. Of course that means that I often go to bed hungry, but that's something one gets used to. When I'm at someone else's place and have to follow their schedule, I generally get some level of discomfort as a result. I never had specific trouble with meat though.
Gotta go, it's stormy outside and power failures are bad for computers.

Its been 2 days, the minimum I ever ate was 1 piece of chicken per day in terms of meat. The rest is lettuce and mayonaise sandwiches.I gotta say feel mad energetic.Considering using eggs for protien instead of meat. The body is the first temple and if I am what I eat, then I'm damn sure not dead meat ;D
Wonder how long I can go until Im dead w/out eating.

I hope "it's only lettuce" is just a figure of speech. Lettuce is very weak in vitamins. I have an herbivorous pet and its basic diet has to contain five elements: - Leafy greens - not lettuce. Collars' the best, dandelion and chicory are good too, though they're very bitter. - Protein - soy or alphalpha. Mature alphalpha, sprouts are worthless. - Orange vegetable - squash or carrot - Beans or aspargus (or parsnip, but why choose the one that tastes gross?) - Fruit That's a diet designed for reptiles though. Humans need more iron, more energy, less calcium (though there's never too much calcium, unless you eat chalk for breakfast and that's not even sure) In any case, if an animal that evolved for millions of years eating only leaves still needs a varied diet, omnivorous humans won't do well without even more variety. A slice of liver once in a while would be good if you can stand it, liver contains pretty much everything you need. Eggs are good though, perhaps better than actual chicken, the yolk is very nutricious. 'Cause how long you can go before being dead is something you should only know in theory. I've heard that when people starve to death, their body don't stiffen because some proteins in their muscles are missing. <---- Ugly anorexic

I would not call a man with my ravenous appetite anorexic LOL.I left out pizza apples and on occassion junk food.Mainly just drink water.Fucking veg diets costs too much godamn money to buy .Ever tried buying a veg potpie?5-6 bucks for something the size of a cupcake...sigh.Ah well,im stabilized at 145 because I was lacking a great deal of water in my body which I have sense made up for.Better to be healthy than light sometimes.Still the scale stops me from overdoing it <---says the guy who can woof down a whole pie of pizza under 15 min---

Well, vegan diets can be affordable and healthy, but it takes work, to research on what to eat in the first place, and then to cook it so it tastes good. It's only a problem when one wants to be straight vegetarian, or vegetalian as they call themselves. Humans don't absorb iron very well from vegetal sources, as well as some other nutrients. But you're not into that extreme so it's ok. In my opinion, as long as you don't have hormonal problems, weight control is more a matter of exercice than diet.
Do I hear that you've been staying away from alcohol lately? Great, keep it up, I sincerely wish you can break free.

Keep in mind that lack of vitamin B can fuck up your neural network. Or at least it greatly helps nerves function properly, like grease in a machine.
