i wouldn't hate it if people posted one-line announcements of this forum at these Cthulhu forsaken forums:
rpg.net yog-sothoth.com Satannet anywhere Dan Harms goes
or whatever dark/occult/Lovecraft/Satanic forum will listen. sometimes places have certain codes of conduct where you just can't post links right off the bat. if there's no 'anything goes' area, then an introduction with a link to this forum in your signature.
just a thought. get some more traffic while pissing off retards. two birds, one stone.
later,

hahahaha... that's probably the best thing i'm going to read today!
basically, he's this ass person who has been trying to disparage me at infrequent intervals. it started when i was announcing the Cthulhu One convention 2 years ago. more recently, he's created this blog to attack me along with numerous attempts to derail my Yog-Sothoth.com threads (before i was banned from that forum).
no one would even give a crap about this guy, except that he's one of the two authors of the Necronomicon Files. some people give him credit for being skeptical of all those published Necronomicons and writing his thoughts down... please someone give him a medal.
needless to say, i've already cursed him. and i've heard from a few close sources that his life has been spiraling out of control since i evoked the dark forces to destroy him. the only purpose he serves now is to make people aware of this organization.
so that's that.
Hail Cthulhu!

"some people give him credit for being skeptical of all those published Necronomicons and writing his thoughts down..."
He needs to feel appreciated so he decided to play the role of a genius that maked a superb discovery. He wants someone to recognize his superior talent.
"needless to say, i've already cursed him."
Lol. Your way of cursing is funny. Although I don't think Dan Harms is having much fun right now.

Almost ever since I got into Satanism I've been fascinated with Belial. The greatest pinnacle of Satanic Power, in my opinion, is ABSOLUTE INDEPENDENCE. I work on that every day, and I've made a lot of progress. I'll sometimes take the name 'Belial' although I'm better known as 'Son of Belial'. It's just a matter of how many words I want to use lol. As for rituals and whatnot, I only moved here 'cuz of Hurricane Katrina and really haven't socialized with the locals outside of the time I spend at work. And there I'm the only Satanist. I've done A LOT of summoning since I got here, but not much else. I do hope to find a Satanic Cabal or something, although it's simply a luxury at this point. One of the perks of Satanism is one becomes a loner by necessity.

yes, that stuck in my memory to... Belial the masterless one. independence is a truly great thing. to be unattached, unidentified, and separate...
what else do you know about Belial?
what about Satanism interests you most? is it the philosophy, the aesthetics, or something else which excites you?

apparently, i've just been banned from www.the600club.com
not at all sure why...? someone asked for some proof of why i thought i was a powerful magician - and i gave it. also updated my post about the new forum... so i have no idea why, but the large bold type made it pretty clear.
if someone wanted to lurk over there and discover the reason or post a question as to why i was banned, i'd appreciate it. just kinda weird. oh well, that place was always full of assholes. i guess now there's one less.
can't make an omlette without pissing off most of the people around you. all hail Satan, god of the misanthropes!

VS Woo! Finally a day off work! Anyway, to answer your questions.. I know a great deal about Belial. I've had a few visions of he and I, and I've written a system a virtues I call the Order of Belial's Honor. It's strange how all of this information came to me, really. After the first vision it all just came naturally, it was as if I had interviewed the demon himself! All of this was still speculation until i actually summoned him. He was my first summon, and I asked him many questions about what I had written about him, he seemed very pleased. It was quite an experience! The energy was overwhelming, and it was gave me solid evidence against those who claim summoning demons will only result in torture and whatnot. I've grown very close to Belial since then. The philosophy is, without a doubt, what interests me most about Satanism. So many other religions waste time debating what land God promised to whom and frankly I think it's all a waste of time. LaVey made his religion 90% philosophy, instead of claiming Satanism as humanity's original religion or yelling that he's Lucifer Incarnate while standing on a soap box. Christianity and many religions spend YEARS trying to prove their theological claims of how their god created the universe or whatever. I guess LaVey figured they can't prove him wrong if he never claimed to be right! So he stuck with philosophy, for the most part. Seeing all philosophy is neither right nor wrong, he saved himself a load of time. The philosophy inspire the Satanist to achieve two things: absolute independence and ABSOLUTE POWER. Carving up sacred cows, indulging in man's carnal nature and shunning all traditional shackles, the Satanist becomes the Master of the Earth, He Without a Master. BELIAL. As Christians strive to be Christ like, Satanists, as I see it, are forever striving to be like Belial. If anyone would like to know more about my experiences as a Satanist or with Belial, please send me a private message or send me a message on my MySpace. myspace.com/hellsbattlefield

Thanks, man! I feel ya'. As a Christian child I remember a few scary stories about devil worshipers. About how they "sinful Satanists" kill babies and sacrifice them to the devil.....ironically enough the Old Testament Jehovah demanded blood sacrifices. Talk about a skeleton in the closet. But yeah, thanks again. Now go get a Hot Pocket, man. We both know you got the munchies. I had some California White a few months ago, that's some good shit. I was staring at this huge cookie as if it were gold. It was nuts lol.

Jumping in late as usual (extremely late) but: My first knowledge of Belial came from the Satanic Bible, along with the explanation of his characteristics and such, etc. It wasn't until I joined the LDS church that I realized the difference in meanings attributed to Belial (they have a very good Bible dictionary included in their "Quad"), namely, that Belial means not 'without a master," but "worthless." Nor do they attribute independence to him, but the Sons of Belial are called the "Sons of worthlessness." I realize that, as most humans, they may not even have an inkling of a clue, walking around with their heads up their hindquarters, but it adds food for thought and fuel to the fire. I will transcribe the LDS Bible-Dictionary definition as it appears in their dogma (as well as other Christian dogmas):
"Belial. worthless. Sometimes translated wicked (2 Sam. 23:6); sons of Belial, i.e., wicked men (Deut. 13:13; Judg. 19:22; 20:13; 1 Sam. 1:16; 2:12; 10:27; 25:17, 25; 30:22; 2 Sam. 16:7; 20:1; 1 Kgs. 21:10, 13; 2 Chr. 13:7; 2 Cor. 6:15)."

To reference the original topic starter....I went and took a look at Satannet and was really dismayed by what I saw there. Perhaps I was looking at the wrong threads....but most of the topics devolved into arguments over who was allowed to post on the topic or what content is allowed in said topic along with an undeserved superior attitude about ones self worth. I joined the COS in 1985. If that is what it has devolved into I am disgusted, appalled and otherwise repelled. How very, very sad indeed.

Yeah, but i think there is a big amount of CoS members who are really cool. The problem is they dont really seem to use the internet much, not for blogging and foruming, anyway. They are not all loathworthy neo-trendies, but of course this type of person is very over represented on the internet because of various more or less obvious reasons.

I have nothing against the COS people that I know at this time....I was appalled at what I saw on the site yesterday and posted while in a fit of emotion. I really should know better than to respond in such a negative fashion....from now on no posts until I have thought it through and am no longer feeling the emotion!

your post was emotional, but that doesn't mean you weren't absolutely right, Jasmine. in my opinion, places like Satannet are the worst kind of asshole feedback loop.

I know I'm necro-ing an old thread but I'm sure at least one necromancer doesn't object. I hate it when narrow minded idiots ban someone simply because they have a need for additional drama in their sad, pathetic lives. But one thing I read here did irritate me, it was something along the line of he got what he deserved for messing with a satanist. In this circumstance VS (I hope I'm not taking too many liberties abbreviating, his name) was justified but being a satanist alon doesn't give you the right to curse whomever you want. This guy was being belligerent so it was deserved but if I fucked up everyone who ever ticked me off, Cthulhu would show up to find us already dead.

I kind of draw the conclusion here that our High Priest is feared and considered a dangerous man in the aforementioned little cliques. I wonder if this is a trend that will continue once awareness about the Cult grows internationally... it wouldn't do good for the public image to become taboo in some countries because of being labelled "Nazis" or "Terrorists" by whoever controls the media, like many groups have been.
But that's not nearly as important as the fact that we're heading in the right direction, nevermind how the masses feel.

truth is always feared and considered dangerous, which is also why the unknown is universally shunned.
you're right, Takuan. our disciplined self-adherence to the path is the most important thing. do not identify with those who might hate us or try to stop us. they are on an entirely different plane... a lower dimension... the prison from which we are now struggling to escape.
