this is a little blues song that came to me while driving home tonight. the oldest music was primitive chanting to the Dark Gods. eventually, i'll get around to recording it, but until then i encourage you to do with it as you will. sing with a slow, soulful croon. yes, get lost in this spiritual chant...
Mythos Spiritual Hymn
By Venger Satanis
Everything I always wanted. Everything I always needed. Dread Cthulhu.
Wandering His Kingdom. His Emerald Kingdom. Glowing Green.
Reading forbidden books. Reading the dark tomes… that blaspheme.
I am a Cultist. I worship the Old Ones… who sleep and dream. Yes, I’m a Cultist. I worship the Old Ones… who sleep and dream.
Hear crazy demon rites. Hear them in the swamps of… New Orleans.
Why do we suffer so? Why does the world… torture us mean?
We’re calling the stars down. We’re reaching the stars to infinity.
I am a Cultist. I worship the Old Ones… who sleep and dream. Yes, I’m a Cultist. I worship the Old Ones… who sleep and dream.
Some see a figure crawlin’. Some see a monstrous entity.
Whatever it is, I know that. I know that tentacles reach for you and me.
This is the end, I fear. The end of everything. Can’t you see. I’m talkin’ apocalypse. Yes, it’s the end of… I’m afraid it’s the end of reality.
I am a Cultist. I worship the Old Ones… who sleep and dream. Yes, I’m a Cultist. I worship the Old Ones… who sleep and dream. [/size]
(repeat as needed)

This is fucking awesome! This is what the White slaves were singing when they were bound in Egypt. Even now, I want to record it (imagining Danzig singing it). I feel it. -H.

Here is my addition to the Cthonic Hymnal (for there must of course be one eventually;) minor chords are expressed as [ex. Em= E chord played in a minor) major chords are [ex. GM= G Major]:
[glow=red,2,300]Outer Darkness[/glow]
[glow=red,2,300](Em)I was born to the (Am) line of Cain, (Bm) forever in darkness I'm (Em) bound, (Em)I lift a left hand to (Am) make the sign, and I (Bm)strike my brother down;
(Bridge:) (Am) People don't believe me, the emblem cradled in my sinners (Em) flesh... (Am) Banished to the darkness, cursed to rot until there's nothing (BM) left...
(Chorus:) (CM) Hear the (GM) calling Outer (Bm) Darkness... (CM) Hear the (GM) calling Outer (Bm-D#m?)Darkness...
I'm a child of fallen space, with ravens wings unfurled, I'm a part of an ancient race born to crucify the world; I have come to desecrate what is sacred to mankind, My birthright is the lake of flames, its time to leave it all behind:
People don't believe me, the emblem cradled in my sinners flesh... Banished to the darkness, cursed to rot until there's nothing left...
Hear the calling Outer Darkness... Hear the calling Outer Darkness... Hear the calling Outer Darkness... Hear the calling Outer Darkness...[/glow]
I wrote it about a year ago, and it has a more (countryish?) style rhythm. At the time it was written according to a Reverse-Mormon complex, about the Combination of Cain, and its ancient roots. No copyright. Its a religious song pure and simple. -H.

MORBID ANGEL
"Eyes To See, Ears To Hear"
[Music: Rutan/Azagthoth/Lyrics: Vincent]
Darkness - swallowing all in its path The blind leading the blind and the "flock" is ever confused Who has the gift of healthy sight and mind Who can withstand while the others are blown away?
Eyes to see...what the others see not Ears to hear...the voice of the elders guides Eyes to see...and the blind; they wither away You fools! These eyes are never for you
Darkness - corrupting all in its path Greed leading the man to blindness, suffering And ever foretold...the meek shall have this earth Alas without sight they will only be left with demise
Worlds apart are they and I My world remains in sight Their lives - despair The "I's" and "They's" cannot compare

These are two songs by the band Angtoria. They were of great help to me last Solstice season, especially the latter (God has a plan...). That one was the first song I heard of theirs. I was reluctant to listen but when I did, it didn't get past 30 seconds before I was hooked. As I listened to it over and over, hot tears streamed down my face; I saw the gates of Hell open before me in unutterable beauty. The song (God has a plan...) is about the rape of children at the hands of priests of God, but this I did not know when I first heard it; I never made that connection. To me, the words were about Satan and how he has a plan for us. If you look at the lyrics in this manner, the whole perceptionof the song changes. Enjoy. Or don't. -H.
[glow=red,2,300]I'm Calling[/glow]
When I was a little girl I called for you Come and save me from this Wicked world I'm born into! Lets play a game of hide and seek I want my prince to rescue me From the evil lurking at my door My destiny, my fantasy I'm calling, I'm calling Was tempted by a mystery I called to you, only for you My dreams are all for me He'll move the sun and stars, no fallacy I'm dauntless when I'm with you Childlike dreaming, I call for you! When I'm all alone A damsel in distress He'll come and save me from this Wicked world I'm born into! He rides the night, defeats the storm We'll sneak away, by early dawn To his kingdom in the sky! My destiny, my fantasy I'm calling, I'm calling Was tempted by a mystery I called to you, only for you My dreams are all for me He'll move the sun and stars, no fallacy I'm dauntless, when I'm with you Childlike dreaming, I call for you!

[glow=red,2,300]God Has A Plan For Us All[/glow]
Let his holy choirs sing in sodomy, praise be! Surrender your body and soul unto him Demoralize me! So he crept into my room Whispered my name, took my innocence away I'm only five, a perverts concubine God has a plan for us all I've been touched by the hand of god My sordid tale, his lies are blasphemy You do not believe in him, but he believes in you He wants you to repent all your sins Let him in, inside you! God has a plan for us all You are one of gods children Get on your knees, serve him well my child I've fallen prey to the devil in disguise God has a plan for us all Don't say a word or you'll go to hell God has a plan for you all Open up for him! Let Jesus in! His sordid tale, his lies are blasphemy!
