So I've decided to make daily affirmations now in order to make more subtle changes to my life. I mean, nobody expects me to be an "ascended master" overnight right? For instance, my affirmation today was, "Today, I'm deciding to reject fear! It has controlled me for far too long! I know what I am at this point and now the only question is what do I intend to do about it..." This way, you can make gradual changes to yourself and your psyche for the better!
PS: You know Cora, in a weird way, this is your idea...

This is the litany against fear from the Dune series: "I will not fear. Fear is the mind-killer. I will face my fear. I will let it pass through me. Where the fear has gone, there shall be nothing. Only I will remain." EDIT: This technically isn't an affirmation, but more of a rehearsal. To be an affirmation it has to be in the present tense. And, I like your attitude. We're like bonzai trees. (Or so says Mr. Miagi.)
