Well since I'm apparently a transvestite, my new workout program reflects that. On the plus side though, since I'm no longer aiming to be humongous, I only need two supplements now! Protein shake and a good vitamin! Below is my weekly workout routine: Monday: Hourglass workout Tuesday: Light cardio and booty workout Wednesday: Off Thursday: Light Cardio and booty workout Friday: Hourglass workout Saturday: Light cardio and booty workout Sunday: Off My hourglass routine can be found here: www.fitnessblender.com/v/article-detail/Hourglass-Exercises-for-a-Curvy-Body-The-Hourglass-Figure-Workout/52/My booty workout can be found here: www.fitnessblender.com/v/article-detail/Workout-and-Exercises-for-Bigger-Buttocks-How-to-get-Bigger-Buttocks/7s/As for light cardio, I do high intensity interval training by power walking for two minutes followed by running or sprinting for a minute. I set the timer on my watch for 11 minutes and I know I need to run or sprint at 9 minutes, 6 minutes, and 3 minutes for a full 60 seconds each time. I'm also counting my calories! I know that I've consumed roughly 1800 calories today and I'll just drink my diet soda and then water after that. This is my new routine and I await your input...

Exactly^^^, the gay bar around here has a couple Transvesties that stand around outside the bar with chest hair you can see from the road while driving past!!! If YOU wanna be girlie thats a whole different diagnosis, as said TVT is all about the clothes girlfriend!!!
