My will or hers?

I asked my wife if I can get my dick pierced with those piercings that I want... She said that I wouldn't do it. She knows from previous experience that if she says that, I'll feel like I've been issued a challenge and will go ahead and do it... So now, when I get the piercings done, will it be my will or hers?

I would say that you should try to untangle your desire to contradict someone's opinions on your actions and your actual desire to commit the actions.

If you want to do it, do it. It doesn't matter if someone follows behind you and keeps saying: "I knew you'd do that. Of course you're going to do that." Other people treating you as predictable are only showing their own desire to control or understand you because they feel out of control. I say this because it seems that you're upset that you're going to be predictable in doing it despite her.

Just make sure that everything you do is your own choice, your own will. It's only her will if you weren't going to do it anyway or if you let it be her will in influencing your choice.

These are very good points! The truth of the matter is, long before she ever said anything about it I was researching these piercings with an intent to get them. So it would be perfectly logical to assume that I intended to get them anyway!
