Since last september I have lost 50 pounds using Weight Watchers in combination with Bikram Yoga.
So now yes, I'm "smaller" and "thinner" but I feel skinny fat.
I'm 5'10 and 174 lbs, and size 30-31 waist.
Is there any way to tone up, without bulking, or the use of weights?
The only reason why I don't want to use weights is because I'm afraid to do it wrong, and grow disproportionately or something...
So is this possible to do through push ups and pull ups? Or am I going to need a personal trainer?

Now there is a system I know of that can help that does employ "light" weights and you build up over time to 8 pound weights it's called Strongfortism. While i do not like all of his conculsions as to why not to lift heavy if you read far enough down it will give you info on how to use Strongfortism that I believe will help you: www.ejmas.com/pt/ptart_brennan_0902.htmhere you can find the Strongfort course as well as other info you'll need that was wrtten by the Courses foudner Lionel Strongfort himself: www.sandowplus.co.uk/Competition/Strongfort/stronfortindex.htmI also suggest checking into the Maxalding site asw ell: www.maxalding.plus.com/
