I have noticed due to my yo yoing diets last decade, how there are natural wright limits a people function better at.
In my case I feel all right between the weights 75-78kg, 83kg, 88kg 93kg, depending how much I let myself go...lol.
Any weights I fall in out of those brackets, I feel uncomfortable and have conferred with a few people and we all agree that we feel better at certain weight levels.
Next is natural muscle mass, I have not been to a gym in over 12 months, so I have most of my muscle weight, however I have noticed this time round, my muscle mass is at its natural level ie, the natural muscle mass I have accumulated throughout my life.
eg, a farmer, builder, someone who has been an athelectic will have more natural muscle mass than a office worker, so if they stop going to the gym, there muscle mass will also revert back to original.
I also noticed that for someone who has went to the gym and stop going enough time, that this tactic is a very good way of losing stubborn fat that will not go away!!!!
I also find that it is easier in the long run for myself to build muscle mass due to how much I have went and not went to the gym, it is like learning to ride a bike and my body remembers it?
The down side is, my metabolism is haywire at the moment, I eat like I am still doing weights and am trying not to starve myself.
So anyone has had experience with similar natural bodies or any musing you would to share as I am getting very interested in how the body naturally behaves and reacts vs what the professionals says.
and body wight vs height? bullshit!!!, try telling a muscular guy he is overweight!!!
