I think I'll buy the men's Shake Weight so I can work out even during off times... Anyone hear anything about this yet?
PS I figure with it, I'll be jacking off like a pro in no time! JK Couldn't resist...

You and your logic! But I really thought about it and I've studied to the point where I don't really need equipment if I wanted to get in shape. Essentially my body could be my gym if necessary... I mean, 5 pull up variants, 5 push up variants, 2 dip variants, 4 sit up/crunch variants, and 2 body squat variants, my body could work for about 6 to 12 weeks at least!

Hey Guys i just saw a TV ad about the Shake weight for Men. I'm puzzled though about how it performs and how lengthy do you use it to build some muscular.Like how much of your time and energy you invest on it?Thanks!! Honestly you'd be better off getting adjustable weights and having a REAL workout the standing there pretending to workout with a shake weight. I know i know most people will be like "MY GOD" I really felt the burn in my muscles from using the shake weight. My responce is: "SO WHAT?If you hold a pencil pverhead long enough you'll fel a burn in teh arm and shoulder, but doe sthat mena it's making you're stronger or more muscular? No" So baisically the shake weight is a money making scam meant to take the cash from the rubes, allow you to workout yet achieve nothing in the way of functional results. Believe me you could someone in bad shape have them workout for 2 months flat with thew shake weight, and i could use the program I am going to start today for two months and at the end of said two months i'd be in far better shape then them and have more stength toboot!

Guys i suggest you not to use those kinda products for muscle building the best way is to do it naturally. Try muscle build diet plans and if you need, ask a professional. Grayslake Fitness
