Note: Yes I'm serious and yes I've done this. Also it works. This is for those necromancers out there who would love to become a nosferatu/vampire. Also, it was Lord Satanis' idea for me to post this.
First, you will need a glass. Secondly, put some water and three to four drops of your own blood in the glass. Then stir it well evenly. After that, say the following spell.
"The life is the blood and it shall be mine. I ask thee to bind a vampire bat familiar to my soul for all time. May my body be strengthened through dirt. May I raise from the dead as a vampire. May I have fangs and crave blood. May I be allergic to crosses, holy water, and garlic. Also, may I be able to travel through the shadows between Hell and Earth. In the name of Lucifer, so mote it be!"
I did this ritual. Someone shot me in the back of the head soon after. I was miraculously healed and came back as a vampire. I rub dirt on my body every night and it makes my vampire stronger. Through dream sorcery and animal magick, in the astral realm, I have shapeshifted twice into a human sized bat-like creature after dark in which case I seen myself flying around in the air. I also seen thousands of vampires flying below me and a bunch of werewolves on the ground.
No I can not shapeshift into a wolf or mist like Dracula could in Bram Stoker's Dracula. But I could shapeshift into a bat. The last time I kissed a girl, blood came from her tongue and I lapped up every drop. Two of my top teeth have holes in the bottom of them and I recently found out that my saliva produces a toxin that keeps a wound from clotting so that I can drink more blood. Also, I don't talk in a eurotrashy accent trying to seduce everyone and everything. Nor do I sleep in a coffin.

This sounds interesting, yet if the results are true I question the harm of Crosses. I live in Arkansas, and there is a church roughly every 50 yards. How do crosses hurt exactly? Must the intention be there to hurt the vampire? What about crucifixes? Why would the Christian faith hurt at all?

Your walking down the street and a woman is praying the Rosary with her Beads. You see the Crucifix. What happens? 2. Your over at a family members house, and right when you walk in the door a Cross is hanging over it, you finally notice it. How does your new body react? His ichor cleanses the sin of all mankind.

Alright, thanks. Sorry to be the Inquisitor, I was just wondering how that worked out. So ALL crosses are bad, not just those being used with intent to hurt.
Thanks for the information.

Servantofazathoth,
Let me begin by stating that it is not my intention to “call you out” in regards to your transformation. Your experience provides a great deal of potential evidence toward the effectiveness of rituals and the possibility of more than what our limited, mundane reality is said to offer. I am asking these questions and making the requests in the interest of learning more, and hope that you can provide the information I am requesting.
1)How did you come across this particular ritual? Did you find it documented in some tome, was it taught to you, or did you create it yourself?
2)What would you suggest has caused this information to be suppressed, if you did not create the ritual? Clearly, being able to recover from death has a distinct advantage and would be of great interest to those in the field of medicine.
3)You mention that you were shot in the back of the head, and that this along with the ritual performed before-hand resulted in your transformation. What were you shot with? What was the caliber of weapon? Where you clinically dead and resuscitated, or did you find yourself in a morgue at some point? Who shot you and what is their current status (under arrest or at large)? Why were you shot? Do you have a copy of the police report or can you provide the date, time, and location where this crime occurred that confirms you were shot (so that police-blotter report can be checked)? Do you have the medical report that confirms your death and resurrection? Proving that you were in fact dead is crucial to proving the effectiveness of the ritual.
4)You mentioned some physical changes. What did you mean by “makes my vampire stronger” when you mentioned rubbing dirt on yourself? Does this mean it makes you physically stronger, your vampiric abilities stronger, or the sensation of being a vampire more intense? Which “two top teeth” have holes in them? A vampire bat has extremely sharp fangs for piercing the skin, but swallows blood through a normal digestive tract; mouth to esophagus. Do these hollows allow you to draw blood through your sinuses, or do they serve for the delivery of the toxin you mentioned. Do you have greater physical prowess; strength, endurance, and agility? Do you have greater athletic ability over-all?
5)You mentioned astral work, and then in the next paragraph mention that while you cannot change shape into other animals, you could change into a bat. I am assuming that since you moved on to a new paragraph that you can make these changes in reality. Do you have a means to document this transformation? I mean, could you post it on YouTube or something.
6)You mention allergies. The presence of crosses makes you ill. What about direct contact with a cross? You also mentioned that exposure to sunlight makes you ill. What do you theorize will occur if you are exposed to sunlight for long periods of time? Have you tested holy water and garlic?
7)The one ability the ritual mentions that you did not address is the ability to travel between shadows. Could you test and document this ability?
8)While you are saying that you did come back from the dead, you mention nothing of immortality. Do you consider yourself immortal, and if not, can you be killed by typical means? What was the experience of death like?
9)You also mentioned kissing a girl, and apparently drawing blood. Is your vampirism transmittable by the commonly believed means; by your bite or by draining and then feeding your fledgling your own blood.
If you are able to document and provide this evidence, imagine the boon it will be for Occult Science and the great gains made for the Cult of Cthulhu! I eagerly await your response, and hope that you can actually support your claims.

"Note: Yes I'm serious and yes I've done this. Also it works. This is for those necromancers out there who would love to become a nosferatu/vampire. Also, it was Lord Satanis' idea for me to post this."
You prefaced your original post with these statements, so it appears that you knew that your claim could be seen as incredulous. Again, it is not my intent to call you out on this. I have every desire to see your claim proven as valid. Imagine the impact on the world should that be the case; you have produced what would be seen from a mundane perspective as a verfiable miracle. All scientific and theological attention would have to turn to your achievement. You claim to have conquered death, to have achieved virtual immortality, and only at the cost of some minor irritations, a desire to consume blood, and a preferably nocturnal life-style.
Hell, most of us already live that way.
You also mentioned that Lord Satanis had encouraged you to post your claim, and it appears that you might be attempting to somehow validate your claim through the auspices of our High Priest. If I may suggest another possibility to you regarding his encouragement that you post your claim. The Work requires that we strip ourselves of personal delusions and discover who we truly are so that we have a true foundation to create who we will to be. It is not my place to try to discern Lord Satanis's motivation, but I would guess that it is just as likely that he wanted to see how many of the Cult of Cthulhu's members would accept an incredulous claim unchallenged as it is that he was giving your claim his personal validation.
Again, I would desire nothing more than you being able to validate your claim. This is why I am so persistent in my line of questioning. You understand that the validation of your claims could be literally reality-shattering.
The most important component to your claim is your death and resurrection. Above all, this must be validated for your claim to have any legitimacy. You state that you were shot in the head, and that the incident occurred at your home. Was there any police of medical involvement during the incident? Did any of your neighbors report shots fired to local authorities? Is there any evidence with any state or local agency that can verify the claim that you were shot?
If you were simply shot in your home, but "came-to" sometime later into your new vampiric existence without any intercession at all from any other source, then that would be most troublesome. It would almost be more difficult to accept than the claim of your transformation. Is there any evidence that you can put forward for external verification that proves that you were shot and killed?
What were the circumstances surrounding your shooting? I can safely say that the majority of us are not in a position where being shot in the head is a high probability. Do you know who shot you, and why you were shot?
Most of your other claims are either difficult to verify or unverifiable. Your transformations occur on the astral plane, so no verification can be made. You have "forgotten" how to move through the shadows, so a demonstration of this ability is currently impossible. Your allergies to crosses and holy water can be written off as psycho-somatic, so unless you are actually wounded by either of these your claim that it is a symptom of your vampire nature cannot be verified. This applies equally to sunlight and garlic, although many people do have negative reactions to sunlight and heartburn is a common occurrence when eating garlic-laden food. Many people can dislocate bones and recover at will, so this is nothing special. Rubbing dirt on a pulled muscle could relieve the pain of the muscle purely through the massaging of that area subsequent to the application of earth. Basically, these claims confirm nothing.
In regards to your immortality, you mention that there are only two, unconventional means to end your life. Does this mean that you have tested conventional means and survived them? If so, can you document a test to provide evidence of your invulnerability or at least ability to survive that which would kill the rest of us mere mortals?
The one physically verifiable evidence you offer is the newly formed hollows in you "two top teeth". Which two teeth are you referring to, and could you produce dental records or even x-rays of your teeth to prove the presence of these hollows? If so, how soon could we expect this evidence to be available to this forum for peer review?
The Cult of Cthulhu has been undergoing some re-ordering as of late. We are moving into a phase of greater development, and moving into that phase in earnest. The pursuit of knowledge through occult-science is of great importance; verifiable and viable information is of great advantage to our effort, while fraudulent claims for some self-satisfying ego-trip should be rooted out and shown for what they are. I am not saying that, as of yet, I am writing off your claim as fraudulent, but I am troubled by your making such a claim and then limited ability to provide concrete evidence. Hopefully, such evidence is forthcoming.

Hey, watched Bram Stoker's Dracula. The only part that sounds close to he survives by dirt is when Van Helsing says that Dracula "sleeps in the earth to gain his evil power." Is this what you meant in that message?
Again, just curious, not planning to do it myself, especially after my mom found out and said she'd disown me if I did.

Servantofazathoth,
I just want to again make it clear that I am fully in support of your claim, if it can be proven. Clearly, you want to prove that your ritual works and you are in fact a vampire, otherwise you would not have shared the ritual with your peers. I want you to prove it as well, but I also want everyone to understand the consequences of making a claim that cannot be supported with evidence.
The wizards of old were scientists, before there was even a word for "science". They used the same basic processes we use today. When a researcher of occult science (and this is what you are) proposes a theory, or claims that they have had results with a particular process, they must be able to provide evidence of their claim that can be reviewed by their peers. This is what I am trying to get from you... proof. Just stating that you have holes in your teeth is not enough, you could just have cavities. You and I need to come up with some kind of legitimate proof.
After we have gathered some evidence of your transformation, then you peers can review that evidence for themselves. Some of them will look at the evidence and decide that it is convincing enough for them to attempt to duplicate your process themselves. Once your peers are able to verify your proof and test the process successfully for themselves, your theory is considered a proven process.
Clearly, there is some interest in your ritual. Obviously, there are several people here who want what you claim to be real... they are posting in this thread for a reason. You believe in this process enough that you are willing to suffer ridicule and embarassment in this forum. The question that we are all waiting to be answered is... can you prove it?

I would also love to see some evidence of this.
In your posts here alone the specifics of your symptoms have varied. Something as specific as this consistency is paramount in legitimacy.
When I see a cross, it makes my stomach hurt. When I'm in sunlight for longer than twenty minutes, my stomach hurts and my heart starts shaking. Garlic makes my heart burn badly and holy water gives me indigestion.
Crosses make me feel like I want to puke. Garlic gives me heartburn. Holy Water causes me to shake.
Further claims of anything on the astral plain are worthless. By the end of this week i could have set up a ritual to transform myself into 38 separate undead demons. but as anything more then direction less self aggrandizing food for my ego it would do nothing.
Dental x-rays of your teeth would dismiss my doubts as to the real world effectiveness of this ritual. Also once verified by a radiologist would be better. or is it likely that these holes are just you touching your teeth, feeling a groove and deciding 'it must be'. also these hole would change your anatomy significantly, in a biological sense. do they connect to a gland or vein system? or do they connect to the stomach? if they do (connect to the stomach) whats the point, why not just swallow. also how do you suck blood through them. is it muscular or with use of lungs or some new organ. all of these would been significant change to your genealogy. a change that would make this one of the most powerful rituals ever. In fact it would just about disprove thousands of other scenic facts and theories. also it would disprove countless religions.
also how exactly does it(dirt) 'heal' a dislocated bone? does the dirt make contact then the bone pops back into place?
is your immortality physical or spiritual?
has this immortality been tested? if physical: you could shoot yourself again, in the head preferably. if spiritual, well i guess you good establish a working in which evokes a demon to reap your soul.

The direction of this thread has taken a turn that I had hoped it would not, but recognized that more likely it would. Servantofazathoth's claim, without any real evidence to support it, is outrageous for a number of reasons. I ask you, why is he making excuses when hard evidence would be so easy to provide? My guess would be because excuses are all he has to offer. He claims to be shot in the head and any legitimate record of this event is non-existent because his home had no phone at the time! Does he live alone, in the deep wilderness, where no one would be about to see the mess a head-shot causes or to hear the report of the weapon and out of concern for their own safety call the police? Is his life so dramatic and so full of intrigue that he would fall victim to an assassin?
Does he really expect us to believe this, to let his claim go unchallenged?
THAT is what is truly outrageous! THAT is what is so incredulous about his claims. It is not the claim itself that is amazing, it is his assumption that the members of this forum are so gullible, so apathetic, that we would just sit back and accept his statements at face-value, maybe even validate his claims in some sycophantic manner.
The Cult of Cthulhu is made of sterner stuff, or has he not noticed a change in tone here as of late? We exist by being willing to accept the possibility of the impossible, but the obviously fraudulent cannot be tolerated. We may be enthusiastically accepting of dreamers, but we cannot suffer fools.
This could have been so much simpler. He could have designed a ritual, based on his own studies, to create a vampire state. He could have provided a record of his experiences; apparently heightened senses, apparent sensitivity to certain substances and objects, apparent benefits in recovery from wounds, an increased craving for blood. True, these claims are much less impressive that being resurrected from the dead, and could have been explained as a manifestation of his own desires and not the ritual, BUT his interested peers could then TEST the ritual for themselves and the CONFIRM or DENY his claims. There is no shame for proposing a credible theory and process for peer review.
Instead, we now have a Wizard of the Terrible Darkness struggling for credibility. Does he really speak for us? Is this how he represents the Cult of Cthulhu? Should not the Wizards of the Terrible Darkness be held to a higher standard?
I am not guiltless. I have committed my share of mistakes and tomfoolery, and will no doubt stumble again. Forward, however, is our direction. Servantofazathoth, we are still waiting. I am NOW calling you out. What is your evidence, or what is your explanation for this travesty?
By His loathsome tentacles!

While anyone is free to post their ideas, opinions, and subjective realities... I have to also agree with those who desire substantiated proof.
But on the other hand, I'm left wondering what does any of this vampire stuff have to do with the Cthulhu Cult? Perhaps we should be more focused on the Work and less distracted by fascinating spells and grimoires. All of that should be used as merely an instrument to becoming more conscious, not indulged in for the sake of being cool or spooky or evil.
True power emanates from a quiet place, a point of stillness... the void.

I'm not sure about the whole nosferatu thing above, but I have knowlege of Vampirism, but from my understanding shapeshifting can only be done astrally and mentally. Perhaps you mentally shifted to the point where you halucinated actually being a bat? I do some vampiric practices as well, but I it is on the biolectric, astral and spiritual level.. almost like reverse Reiki. It IS possible to gain energy from ingesting blood, but when you pass it it's no picnic. I had a bleeding ulcer (asparine and/or motrine on an empty stomach=not good), and half of my blood leaked into my GI track. Took two transfusions of O+ blood. I degested most of the blood, my protein levels were HIGH.. the docs asked if I was on the atkin's diet. But when I went to the bathroom it was tarlike.. NOT fun. So MASSIVE blood ingestion is not recommended. If there are people who want to know about REAL vampirism, check out.. sanguinarium.net/content.phpwww.shadowdancepodcast.com/www.twilightpath.com/and.. www.vampiretemple.com/index.htmlSearching for psivamp may also give you some info as well. These will give you GENERAL ideas on what REAL vampirism is, for those who wish to know. Alot of it is involves feeding with astral tendrils/tentacles. The idea is that when you get that practice down, when you die physically, you can obtain immortality and exist astrally by keeping yourself nurished through feeding, making you one of the "Undead Gods". Or at least a life-stealing wraithlike shadow being. OTHERWISE you experiance second death, your memory is pretty much erased, and you get reincarnated, and have to feed the universe with your suffering ONCE again.. I believe practicing the teaching here in the CoC will help greatly as well. How will you be able to remain AWAKE and AWARE enough to start feeding at death if you can barely stay concious when you are ALIVE? Become AS one of the Great Old Ones.. But that is the idea behind TRUE vampirism.. thought I would add that incase a few people were hoping this post would get them somewhere.. His ICHOR cleanses the sins of ALL mankind.. Esbara'Kesh

This thread has provided what I believe is an excellent lesson. If we view the Cult of Cthulhu as a potential individual, then each of its members become the "I"s of that individual. Each of us play a role, have certain desires and demands, aims and focuses, strengths and weaknesses. These "I"s are beginning to be tested, each evaluated for their support of or distraction from the Awakening of the Cult of Cthulhu. A magnetic center is beginning to coalesce, with some of the "I"s proving to be productive and aligning under a primary "I", High Priest Venger Satanis.
Just like in the individual, the Cult of Cthulhu is striving to rein in the rogue "I"s that would make this organization just another sleeping-giant. We are ever closer to our Awakening! The question we should all be asking ourselves is "am I the I needed for the Cult of Cthulhu?" Perhaps looking at the macro-model of this process will help us with our own efforts.

I liked the idea of his ritual initially. Having studied a bit of Michael Ford's work on the subject, there is definite value in this type of gnosis for separating one's point of view from that of the herd to that of the predator. This alone works in contrast to the mindset the misery machine wants us to focus on & work within the vampiric current can lead one to Awakening. This is the value I see in this type of work as relates to the Cult of Cthulhu.
I agree that his claim to bodily resurrection is preposterous & if the event did indeed occur, I think it is more a matter of lucky coincidence he survived rather than any side effect of his ritual. What I question is the reason one would want to put oneself under such restrictions as to be forced to rub oneself down with dirt to maintain one's power, assume allergies to garlic & religious iconography, & to choose to suddenly have an adverse reaction to sunlight.
If all this is ritualistic & helps him to get into an Awakened frame of mind, then more power to him; but in presenting this for examination, state this.
As Egodiabolus said, we are occult scientists. We can't attempt to duplicate an experiment to prove its veracity for ourselves if we are not presented with all the collected data from the previous attempt. If this is less an offering to further the paths of others & more an attempt for Servant of Azathoth to soothe his low self esteem, then at least admit that so those of us who would want to duplicate this experiment don't waste our time probing for non-existent data. I know I have much better things to do with my time than to entertain the fancies of someone who in no way takes what we are trying to do seriously & is just looking for an ego boost.
If you want someone to stroke your ego, kid, go to vampirefreaks.com; there are plenty there who would be happy to oblige you. If, however, you truly want to enrich our collective experience, which I believe may have been your original intent, don't make unverifiable claims & grandiose boasts. We'd much rather you bring what you have & ask how we can help you advance it then to claim you have the keys to the kingdom without showing us the door.
Remember yourself, for the Emerald Kingdom is at hand!

i must say i am not very adept at necromancy but i do study quite frequently and have never heard of such a ritual to come to such an end as to be reborn a true creature of the night now i am not claiming i disbelive your claim servantofazathoth but i must say if you want anyone to belive that this is truthfull then you really should provide something other than just your word some home pictures of you hollow fangs or anything really would be good but i will be very pleased to see this be backed up if u are able to. nothing personal but it is human nature to disbelive such outragouse claims so please present some credible evidence.

One must always take information, sort what is useful, and toss what isnt when presented with stuff like this. I believe it is a VERY good ritual idea, but I DOUBT physical immortality would occure.. if anything, it would just empower the I's attuned with the Vampyric current.
Remember too that in folklore, vampires were origionally blood-drinking zombies, or wraiths that arose astraly from the corpse to feed.
Also, NOT related to vampires, just an idea..
It may ALSO be possible, although I wont be able to varify this for obvious reasons, making this JUST theory, that you may sigilize your own name. Perhaps using the Moonchild ritual, instead of just creating a child with the spirit of an inhuman entity, elemental, servitor, etc.. maybe have someone concieve a child around the time of your death and use YOUR sigil.
Perhaps it would call your recently released spirit INTO the forming baby, therefor giving you a CHOSEN location of rebirth. As much as your past knowledge could have been recorded before hand, such as major memories and your general thoughts, and given to your reborn self, jumpstarting the rememberance of your previous life. Therefor, in a sense, you achieve physical immortality.
Not saying it WOULD work, PURELY theory.. but wouldnt hurt to try. Although I dont THINK most of the people on this forum are going to die anytime soon so it might be better for someone to find an aging occultist and try it with them. Maybe even a long-dead ocultist might work as well, but I believe associating a Sigil with yourself when alive would give it more power. Ressurect Crowley anyone? Hehe.. I'm sure one of his followers probably thought of this.

Esbara'kesh,
I'm actually familiar with this idea as Peter Carroll put it forth in Liber Kaos as one of the means to attain immortality; although, his version was a bit more violent in that you would usurp the soul of the being about to be born & take residence in the body instead. It is an interesting theory & one worth looking into; perhaps in another 60 years or so, I'll take it under consideration, lol.
As I stated previously, there is nothing wrong with what Servant of Azathoth put forth until he started claiming the utterly improbable. It would have been better for him to keep it in the realm of the astral until he had thoroughly proved out the physical changes he claims, obtained verifiable documentation, & then presented his findings. Indeed, if he possessed such evidence, the revelation of this would have made him famous & indeed very wealthy. Perhaps that may not have been his motivation for revealing this information; maybe he just wanted to take the altruistic road & give freely of himself, but unfortunately that quality is virtually non existent in the greater portion of humanity, if it is at all.
His ICHOR cleanses the sins of ALL mankind.

Alright.. we all learned something from this..
EXPECIALLY if you are a WIZARD, you should KNOW that Magick is a form of a not fully understood Science.. making any kind of wild claim without at least a SOMEWHAT repeatable experiment is not good. It would not work in ANY scientific community.. this one is NO different.
It is alright to have theories.. but it is better to have reproducable results. We all know, expecially those of us to practice Chaos Magick, that it may not be 100% reproducable, as often magick takes the path of least resistance, but SOME results along that line should be repeatable..

NOTE: Porphyria is commonly called Vampirism I managed to backtrack some of my steps in this study of vampirism. Spiritually, it began when I did an unholy communion involving bloody water and common bread. The water is synonymous symbolically with the blood of Christ in Christendom, so in a dark sense it would be connected with the Catholic demon known as Mammon, who is supposedly the son of Satan and the Spirit of AntiChrist. The common bread, which had yeast (leaven as it is called in the Old Testament) in it is symbolic of sin. So instead of it being the body of Christ on a figurative level, it was the body of Mammon. Some traditions of the Church of Satan use inverted forms of Christian prayers and rites for their own use, if not all of them. For example, at the beginning of a Black Mass, the High Priest who is present will say the Lord's prayer backwards. Biblically, the Communion/Lord's Supper is how Christ spiritually and symbolically bestows eternal life. So naturally, in an inverted and balanced way, because of it having to do with the AntiChrist, it would cause the person to have porphyria. Here is a website about Porphyria symptoms: www.nlm.nih.gov/medlineplus/ency/article/001208.htmand here is another about the inverted Lord's Prayer: forums.pennstateprs.com/index.php?/topic/19591-the-lords-prayer-backwards/The severe constipation would cause the skin to appear completely if not entirely pale. This paleness and staying in bed all the time while in the dark causes the eyes to adjust to where you can see in the dark. After that point, any exposure to sunlight would not cause you to burst into flames but would instead cause you to squint and raise your arms over your face while looking up, as your eyes would be extremely sensitive to sunlight until they adjusted again to looking around during the daylight. The blood cravings are not cravings in truth but are more out of a desire to stop the stomach aches that is caused by the constipation. The muscle pain and sleeping in the daytime causes the body to become extremely tense in a muscular sense that results in not only muscular pain but a desire to cause the pain to cease by staying hunched up all the time. The pain in the back, arms, and legs would also be stopped for a very short amount of time again due to being hunched up. The personality changes would be extreme and quick differences in your behavior, likes, dislikes, and in your voice tone. Severe changes of this nature would lead the unintelligent church-goer into believing that the person suffering from this severe disease would be possessed by demons. Here is another article on Porphyria that is a complete list of symptoms: www.cpnhelp.org/porphyria_symptomsAWAKE

ok, i read about half of the comments, I wanted to read them all, but it felt too time consuming, So i'll be completely honest with you, I'm an open minded skeptic, can you prove any of this nosferatu claims? I'm not going to drink my blood or say any of those words, i've tested witch craft to a great degree and don't see any proof of it. So if you could prove to me that you're actually a vampire, an immortal blood drinker, i'll go ahead and be your servant.
So I think that's not asking too much.
btw the call of cthulhu games seem to have vampires on occasion. I want to say hp lovecraft mentioned it once or twice, but can't recall.

Well, I am still working with it. I had to combine Practical Alchemic Bio-Transmutation with it to pull it off. According to an Alchemic Catechism I read, if you philosophically and metaphysically divide the male and female attributes and apply them to the male and female half of your essence, it would change your genetic structure to where you became bat-like to a very very small degree on a genetic level. So it is moreso a Magic-Science experiment. Also, according to the lore about vampires, if a person commits suicide, is condemned by the church, or is a necronomancer and dies, they become a vampire after death. So like if someone was a Satanist or just your average Necromancer and they died, according to the lore they would become a vampire. There is also a passage in the book of Leviticus, chapter 17, verse 14.
"For the life of every creature is its blood, and its blood is its life..." - ESV.
This is where Bram Stoker got the fictional idea to include in his book "Dracula" the following statement:
"The blood is the life"
If the blood is truly the life, then without the blood, any creature would die. Also, because Christ supposedly gave his life for the transgressions of all humanity, anyone who took a communion ritual in a corrupt way would get eternal life like they wanted, but they would begin to become biologically dependent on blood. The whole undead thing is a reference Alchemically to what is known as "Caput Mortuum" which means "The Head of Death".
Caput Mortuum is brought about due to the ancient alchemic process of putrification which is when something is engulfed in manure.
So the constipation that is a symptom of porphyria could be used Alchemically to create a kind of undead state on a philosophical level. Thirdly, the mixture of vampire bat blood with human blood is mentioned vaguely in Dion Fortune's "Psychic Self-Defense". People that have what Charles Darwin would consider genetic mutations are constantly under psychic attack. It is basically tied in with dark hermetics. This pseudo-experiment is a mixture of reversed Christianity, medieval practical alchemy, and magick. Practical Alchemy already involves correspondences, metaphysics, metallurgy, minerology, herbology, and philosophy. Combine this with chants to snake deities regarding their natural ability to be reborn spiritually, and it would work. Like any Alchemic experiment, magic spell, philosophy, and metaphysical thing, a lot of pre-requisites would have to be met. It is not something you could just do and it would work. You have to quite literally meet a lot of requirements in order to successfully pull it off. Here is the bible passages regarding the Lord's Supper.
Matthew 26:26:
Positive "Take eat, this is my body."
Negative "Take eat, this is my sinful body." would be its inverted/reversed form.
Positive "Drink ye all of it, for this is my blood of the new testament, shed for many for the remission of sins."
Negative "Drink ye all of it, for this is my blood of the new unholy testament, shed for many for the recognition of sins."
John 6:35 "I am the bread of life..."
Negative "I am the bread of death..." (Leavened Bread = Transgressions Against God On A Symbolic Level)
Revelation 2:1-7 Unto the angel of the church of Ephesus write; These things saith he that holdeth the seven stars in his right hand, who walketh in the midst of the seven golden candlesticks; I know thy works, and thy labour, and thy patience, and how thou canst not bear them which are evil: and thou hast tried them which say they are apostles, and are not, and hast found them liars: And hast borne, and hast patience, and for my name's sake hast laboured, and hast not fainted. Nevertheless I have somewhat against thee, because thou hast left thy first love. Remember therefore from whence thou art fallen, and repent, and do the first works; or else I will come unto thee quickly, and will remove thy candlestick out of his place, except thou repent. But this thou hast, that thou hatest the deeds of the Nicolaitanes, which I also hate. He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches; To him that overcometh will I give to eat of the tree of life, which is in the midst of the paradise of God.
Negative Unto the Demon of the Church of Satan write; These things saith he that holdeth the seven dark stars in his left hand, who walketh in the midst of the seven silver candlesticks; I know thy abominable works, and thy dark labor, and thy impatience, and how thou canst not bear them which are good: and thou hast tried them which say they are Satanic Apostles, and are not, and hast found them liars: And hast cast down, and has impatience, and for my name's sake hast labored, and hast fainted. Nevertheless, I have somewhat for thee, for thou hast come to thy first hate. Remember therefore from whence thou art risen, and repent, and do the last works; or else I will come unto thee quickly and will put thy candlestick (High Priest) in his place, except thou abandon me. But this thou hast, that thou lovest the deeds of the Nicolaitanes, which I also love. He that hath an ear, let him her what the Unholy Spirit saith to the seven satanic churches; To him that overcometh will I give to eat of the Tree of Death, which is in the midst of the wastelands of Satan.
Here is a list of all of the symbolic references.
Silver - The Moon - Lust - Vampiric Bloodlust (Vampires was called Moon Child by Native American Indians and ironically Aleister Crowley wrote a book about them dedicated to Sekhmet and her children that bears the same name "Moon Child".) Candlestick - Satanic High Priest Nicolaitanes - Gnostic Christianity (Pertaining to Kutulu and Tiamat in a Simonicon Sense) Unholy Spirit - Spirit of Lust - Lillith/Lillitu (Considered the Vampire Queen in some lore) Tree of Death - The Qliphoth (A clear reference to Yog-Sothoth in a Lovecraftian sense) Bread of Death - Bread of Sin (Pertains to the fragmentary sin-eating ritual of Azazel/Baphomet/Ishniggarab/Shub-Niggurath) Blood of AntiChrist - Blood filled with sin against God, or more akin to the blood of Mammon.
In the Atlantean Necronomicon: Veil of Negative Existence, Warlock Asylum describes the vampire as being a vegetarian whose blood has lost all of its vitamins and minerals from meat products and has had them replaced by vegetables.
It also says in the Simon Necronomicon that Nanna, the Chaldean moon god, governs the tides of blood and shares an essence with Inanna/Ishtar, the goddess of Venus. Inanna's descent into the underworld, and her being slain is a vague reference to vampirism in her becoming "dead". This ties in with both dark communion, and menstrual blood, which is symbolic of insect blood not having any hemoglobin and also to the Conjuration of the Dead God in the Urilia Text. Also, the Vampire is mentioned in the Urilia Text as the Akhkarru. It also says in the Urilia Text that the Lallartu, Lalassu, and Akhkarru can never become human again and that even though they do not have the formulae for using the Blood of Kingu (human blood) that the Necromancer does. So one would have to do a lot of magic rituals in order to become Nosferatu. Here is a list of them.
1. Working with the Qliphoth. 3. The Rite of Transfiguration in the R'lyeh Text. 4. Ye Formula of Dho-Na in the Necronomicon of Robert Turner. 5. Dark Communion via Reversed (i.e. rhetoric) Christianity.
The Dark Communion would naturally involve your blood in water, alchemic transmutation involving vampire bat metaphysics, and leavened bread (bread with yeast in it).
The Alchemic transmutation combined with this dark communion would transmute a person into a Vampire if they believed it would work and understood all of the things behind it.
By the way, on a personal note, vampires do not sleep in coffins lined with taffida, they do not speak euro-trashy ascents, and they do not go around seducing everyone in sight.
Garlic would hurt them on a biological level as it is a spiritual purifying agent and that it also purifies the human blood. Because of their dark communion ritual, they could not set foot on holy ground. The whole cross banishing thing only works if you use a solar equivalent, such as having a cross blessed in Latin by a Catholic Priest or an Ankh blessed in ancient Egyptian or Coptic by a Priest of Amen Ra. Sunlight does not cause them to burst into flames, although their spending oodles of time in the dark would make them ultra sensitive to heat and sunlight. One of the symptoms of vampirism is that the alleged vampire usually spends a lot of time in a dark room with extremely cold temperatures. This continuous exposure to the cold preserves their youth as it mimics cryogenics and that radiation from the sun, not birthdays only, would cause aging, seeing as how in Carbon-14 Testing, the subject is exposed to radiation which measures its age based on its radioactive decay. So yes, it is possible, and yes I am one.
