I'd like to create a fitness challenge, not against each other but against yourself.
Here is my current challenge. Feel free to add your own or try mine.
Current capabilities Challenge Progressive Challenge
2 sets of 15 full pushups per day 2 sets of 20/day 2 sets of 10 close pushups per day
2 sets of 30 full squats/day 2 sets of 10 close squats/day 2 sets of 20 close squats per day
2 sets of 25 flat straight leg raises/day 1 set of 5 hanging knee raises/day 2 sets of 10 hanging knee raises/day
2 sets of 40 short bridges/day 3 sets of 50/day 1 set of 10 straight bridges/day
wall handstand for 1 minute/day wall handstand for 2 minutes/day 1 set of 5 half handstand pushups/day
1 set of 5 assisted pull ups 3x per week 1 set of 5 Unassisted full pullups 3x/week 2 sets of 8 full pullups 3x/week
All of these exercises are located here, if you have Pinterest. Don't let appearances deceive you. This is a progressive system that builds strength. Beginners do not usually start at my level.
This challenge is in addition to my weight and cardio program.
I believe in accountability. If I profess it I will accomplish it.
