I remember seeing Michael Aquino years ago on Oprah and a few of the other talk shows. He seemed like a well-spoken and intelligent follower of the LHP. I still hear people mention LaVey but I do not recall talk about Aquino and his organization.
Is there a reason for that?
Does anyone have any impressions or opinions on the man, his work/writings, and his organization?

[teal]Possibly because Aquino has not lead the Temple of Set in years?
The Temple of Set is still as active as ever. They have a podcast called KHPR, which is pretty good.[/teal]

That would make sense.
Thanks for the podcast recommendation.

I've read some of their books, and while I think the organization is brilliant, I struggle with the concept of Set being the only non-man-made God. The Law of Averages, which they used in their arguments against evolution, would dictate that other gods must have arisen alongside Him. Other than that, no problems.
We must be the darkness we wish to see in the world.

Set is the principle of isolate intelligence incarnate. There can be no gods without Set.[/teal]

I disagree with that totally seeing as Set is from the Egyptian pantheon

[teal]How is that relevant? Their Set is the god of the Temple of Set. Cultists worship Cthulhu according to the teachings of Venger Satanis.
Same thing.[/teal]
