Vampiric Sorcery
This ritual is designed to vampirize the essence of a victim. First, a clay vessel should be obtained. The vessel should be consecrated to Agshekoloh by inscribing its sigil on the side and fumigating it with opium incense. The vessel should be further decorated by drawing the head of a black cat on the side.
Secondly, a sympathetic link to the victim should be acquired. Hair, nail clippings, photograph, a personal item owned by the victim. Thirdly, the vessel should be filled with cedar shavings, red wine, strangler fig seeds, and crushed broomrape.
Fourthly, a small glass of red wine should be poured into the chalice the magician usually uses when working with the Kliffotic forces. Fifthly, a ritual invocation should be recited
O Ashtaroth! Lord of Agshekoloh King of the Mighty Cat-Headed Lords Master of the Forbidden Lore of Darkness Drinker of the Blood of Kings Earth-Shaker, Life-Taker, I call upon Thee
To drain the life To pour it into my vessel That I might grow strong And shatter the kingdoms of our enemies
O Ashtaroth! Lord of Agshekoloh King of the Disturbing Ones
Smite my foe And let me lap up the blood which flows That My Dark Will be Done!
Into this vessel I pour this sacred offering Into this vessel I place the food which is to be consumed (place the sympathetic link to the victim into the vessel and drink the red wine in your chalice) (bury the vessel in your yard or at a crossroads)
(for best results, an object with the sigil of Agshekoloh inscribed on it can be buried in the yard of the victim, if possible)

this isn't authentic obviously since every form of magic I saw from the underground vampire culture involved drinking blood not wine. if you weren't so mundane maybe you would know that

I have a question, why use an effigy at all? Can't you just think of the person you wish to sap the life force from and that should be enough? Why go through all the trouble of obtaining a bit of their essence and then having to craft something rather than just getting to the point of the spell from the start? I'm not trying to insult your methods or anything, I'm just a little new to the occult and looking for insight.
Hail Cthulhu!
