Even though I resisted it for awhile, mostly because it was unfamiliar, I've started to eat quinoa... hoping to go in that direction more often than the rice, pasta, cereal, and similar foods I'm used to. I am making a switch. How about you?
Little alterations in the way we do things can make a big difference in the long run. Just think what a lot of little changes could do! Even seemingly insignificant changes can add up over time.
If you are thinking about making a switch to something - like riding a bike instead of taking the bus or eating fruit instead of candy or reading for an hour instead of watching TV or raising with pocket Tens pre-flop instead of always calling the big blind - then post it here. If you've already made a switch, then tell us about what you switched to, why, and any benefits you've noticed. Or just periodically check this thread out for ideas. Make the switch to a better life!

I like that idea. I think that whenever I am tempted slouch down and watch TV, I'll write some more music instead, exersise the brain instead of drooling while watching basketball.
