Well Arnold told me to do wide grip pull ups, and those seem pretty difficult. But the trainer said I should do closed grip pull ups. I want to know what ya'll think...

Do both, or I should say all, as wide, medium, and close grip pull-ups (usually we call those chins when palms are facing us) work slightly different parts of our musculature. Variety is key.

Isn't a wide grip making your thorax larger ? I know the chest can be made larger even late in life with appropriate exercises.

Hmmm well I do 4 sets of 10 pull ups. Perhaps vary the style of pull ups I do in each set? In which case, I'd need 2 or 4 different styles.... In the former case, I'd do 2 sets of each style varying it between each set...

We must be the Darkness we wish to see in the world... Appropriate exercies would be to do squats followed up with pullovers to increase ribcage size. ...So says Peary Rader

Hello Guys i have been doing P90X for a little while, but I can not do pull ups because I have no bar. I would buy a bar that connects to a entrance, but I extremely doubt that it would keep. Any suggestions that how to do pull ups without a bar? Or a way to get one for very cheap? Thanks a lot!!

Do it 2 or 3 times in a week. Too much pull ups is causes decreases chest size., You must do 4 to 4 set of 8 to 12 pull ups that is best to gain your body shape and strength as well,. Orange County Weight Loss
