Anyone looking to improve muscle gains, here are some great supplements to use. Tribulus Terrestris is awesome for males cause it increases your testosterone. Creatine which fills your muscles and cells(cell voluminizing), puts weight on and gives your muscles that pump feeling.
Also Nitric oxide fills up your muscles much like creatine but even better. Harder pump that last longer. I've been using all three and made awesome gains.
I have over 20 years of weight training in various forms. Natural for 7 years, used roids for 5 years and been natural ever since. I'm 5'11 240, plan on cutting down to 230. Anyone having hard time gaining try this, or any other questions feel free to post.

Creatine is great stuff. Adenosine triphosphate (ATP) is the basis of energy in human cells. ADP (adenosine diphosphate) is spent ATP. Creatine lends phosphate to ADP, making it ATP again, thus increasing muscles' endurance. Instead of getting worn out, muscles are re-energized. Some really great news about creatine is that it not only increases the endurance and function of skeletal muscle, but also the brain (which also runs on ATP). Not only do studies confirm that creatine supplements can increase performance on cognitive tests, I can personally attest to how much it's helped me. I've consistently had my highest level of performance on practice LSAT's with creatine, and only with creatine. Awake!

Have you heard of the Indonesian plant based supplement Tongkat Ali?
I have read a little bit about it and tried it several days in a row a few months back. It seemed to give me energy and boost testosterone. I didn't use it as part of a workout regime(wasn't exercising at the time) but I have read good things about it. Have any of you tried it as part of your training program? Most places recommend the 200:1 concentrate although I had good effects from a 50:1 herb concentrate from a herbal farm/ supplement lab here in Australia.
Any advice would be appreciated.

I have read a little bit about it and tried it several days in a row a few months back. It seemed to give me energy and boost testosterone. I didn't use it as part of a workout regime(wasn't exercising at the time) but I have read good things about it. Have any of you tried it as part of your training program? K'ara Kaiul Esoteric Wizard of the Terrible Darkness Cult of Cthulhu I for one haven't heard of that, I would look to see if Tribulus Terrestris is the main ingredient in it. If not what are the ingredients in it. Not too many testosterone boosters that work, but Tribulus is one of them. Even Extenze which promoted for erectile problems , is also good if you're working out and while you're taking that. Many of the herbs in that are great to boost your testosterone. Remember if its good enough for your penis, than its good enough for your muscles lol. If something helps blood flow in your penis, it will help the blood flow and the flow of nutrients into your muscles as well. I've been taking boosters for awhile now, once you're over 35 one needs all the help they can get lol. As long as you are over 18 then its pretty safe. There are so many things out there its hard to find something that really works, usually one has to experiment abit to find out what works. Awake! Ia Ia Cthulhu fhtagn

I have some Tribulus Terrestris in a formulation with Gingko, Muira Puama and Korean Ginseng and I can feel the effects of the Tribulus for sure. Great stuff.
Tongkat Ali is a flowering plant native to Indonesia and Malaysia and is gaining popularity, so it seems, on the internet as a testosterone booster and is also marketed as a 'herbal viagra' as it increases blood flow to the penis. The extract is mainly made from the root of the plant. There seems to be a lot of scam marketing associated with Tongkat Ali products on the internet so I ordered mmine from a proper herbal supplier and just ate the dried herb extract raw with a water chaser. Tastes like shit!
I think Tribulus has a proven track record so I'll stick with that but might try the Tongkat Ali again once the Tribulus runs out and see how that goes alongside my weightlifting.
Apparently Yohimbe is supposed to be great for blood flow but it is a banned substance here in Australia. The extenze product you described sounds interesting. I'll look into it.

It tends to make one horny too, which is always good. I used to take yohimbe under the tongue for years, its a shame its banned where you're at, works pretty good. I think using the supplements or steroids for the muscles gaining is not a good idea. I prefer to healthy and balnced diet plan along with weight workout for the muscles building.

Roids or out of the question thats for sure,and a lot fo suppliments are questionable in the effectiveness thats for sure.

I thinks the gym workout with protein shakes is best way to gain muscle growth., I am also using whey protein and it gives me great result,. Orange County Boot Camp
